Nice room. Nice wellness area. Good quality for food (not "Wow", good). But from a 5S I cannot accept some remarkable lack of professionalism and care of details, meaning care of the customer. I'd really teach how to smile to the buffet cook and to the lady cook at breakfast if you have never prepared a salmon crepe...well...the right answer is definitely another one. Some other important "details not details" make me say that I won't come back. (Plus: I wrote an email and nobody replied).

This was our 13th stay at Lunaris and we are thrilled every time. We travel a lot and always enjoy coming back here to unwind and relax. The hotel really exceeds all expectations of a relaxing stay. The service is outstanding in all areas - from the warm welcome at reception to the attentive support from the restaurant staff, Monica, Stefi, Barbara, Noemi...all of them. A highlight is the proactive service: when the staff arranges everything in the morning without having to place an order, that speaks for an exceptional level of hospitality. Our suite was simply fantastic: spacious, with an impressive view to Klausberg. The spa area is a place where you would like to spend the whole day. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are extremely clean and invite you to feel good We're really looking forward to coming back next year!

Excellent stay at Lunaris Pros: - excellent value for money - big sized and modern room with lots of storage (chalet junior suite) - excellent diner - excellent amenities - very good service - 100m from ski lifts - convenient car park Cons: - nudity in adult spa should be recommended and not imposed - staff English level could be better

We have been going to this hotel for the last 13 years and every year we remain impressed with the exceptional service and top quality of the room, wellness and restaurant. Every year they are adding a little extra of quality. This year we got spoiled with an improved selection of fine food & drinks in the restaurant. The owner remains visible and approachable for any request or demand and the whole team is always there to help or advise you. Perfect place to relax without having to think about anything and immediate access to the ski slopes. We will be back! Johan & Sibyl

Das Zimmer / Suite war super schön mit einem super bequemen Bett und tollen fluffigen Kissen Das Badezimmer war der Hammer mit einer beleuchteten Regendusche. Das ganze Resort ist meeeeeggggaaa schön vorallem der Sky Pool am Abend in dieser wunderschönen Winterwelt des Ahrntal. Und am Abend dieses wundervolle Essen aus heimischen Produkten war super Lecker und auch das ganze Personal super freundlich von der Anreise bis zur Abreise. Ich als großer Cocktail Liebhaber fand die Bars sehr schön vorallem die Hotelbar wo ich einen wundervollen ***** Whiskey Sour***** genießen durfte....alles in allem einfach nur Top ***** Lg. aus dem Ötztal

Pulito e personale gentile e disponibile. Struttura tecnologica e meravigliosa. Camera spaziosa e pulizia.ma le note dolenti sono: SPA al 4 piano mi aspettavo oltre a 2 saune e 1 bagno turco qualcosa di più. Ma soprattutto non ci sono posti relax sufficienti per tutti e c era gente in piedi perché non trovava posto. Inammissibile! RISTORANTE: curato e tutto buono ma....non puoi presentare frutta e dessert il niente una sera (vedi foto) e la sera dopo invece il mondo. Poi il menu alla carta veramente ristretto. Un 5 stelle e con chef di un certo livello non può scivolare in queste piccole cose. Stiamo stati bene ma non da ritornare. Abbiamo confronti con altri di 4 stelle che offrono di più. Ringrazio comunque tutto il personale perché veramente professionali e bravi.

Stilvolles Hotel im schönen Ahrntal. Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wellnessbereich hammermässig, Massagen sehr empfehlenswert. Hotel sehr stilvoll! Wenn‘s möglich wäre, würde ich mehr Sterne vergeben!
