Nothing to complain. Level of service and professionalism of Hanse Kogge Team in all areas ( Front Desk, Breakfast, Room Service, … ) to be rated outstanding. Travelling a lot this was more a five star stay from service level perspective. Hanse Kogge has a great team in place!

Für Familien nicht sonderlich geeignet. Kein Spielzimmer oder Spielplatz vorhanden. Preise für Essen und Getränke überteuert. Zimmer hatte einen Renovierungsstau. Nur TK- Brötchen zum Frühstück, keine vernünftigen Bäckerbrötchen, das geht für ein 4-Sterne Haus überhaupt nicht. Die Juniorsuite war max. Ein etwas größeres Doppelzimmer. Der Tisch und die Stühle auf dem Blakon beschädigt und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Balkon wurde nicht gereinigt, extreme Rutschgefahr durch Grünspan. Für uns max. ein 3-Sterne Haus mit Abzügen für die Brötchenqualität.

Ich habe von Freitag bis Sonntag gebucht, alles reibungslos mit Bestellung und Bezahlung, Rezeption hatte ich dann auch gefunden, da am ersten Haus wo man ankommt kein Hinweis ist, Zimmer ok, Personal freundlich, sehr schönes Restaurant, aber einen Veggi-burger hätte ich nicht nehmen sollen. Tolles indoor Pool am nächsten Tag, ich bin aber eher abgereist, Frühstück hatte ich nicht extra bestellt, dann nur noch die Rechnung für Parkplatz und Kurtaxe 20€...da hielt mich nix mehr

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich. Beim Empfang, im Wellnessbereich oder beim Frühstück wurden Fragen immer zuvorkommend beantwortet. Zimmer waren sauber und von der Größe vollkommen ausreichend gewesen. Parkplätze auf dem Hotelgelände vorhanden. Man ist sehr schnell am Strand was ich als positiv empfunden habe.

Die Damen vom Reinigungs - Service, das Service - Personal der Gaststätte und die beiden netten Herren von der Rezeption, waren sehr bemüht, entgegenkommend und freundlich. Das Haus ist sauber. Wir haben aber wunderbar schlafen können. Was - Barierefrei - angeht, sollte hier und da noch etwas verbessert werden, z.B. der Eingang zur Gaststätte, ist leider allein mit dem Rollstuhl nicht befahrbar. Der Rezeptionistin, bei der wir am Tag der Abreise, unseren Aufenthalt bezahlt haben, kann ich nur empfehlen : Empathiefähigkeit kann man lernen, wenn man möchte . Oder, sich selbst mal in die Situation , - versuchen - zu versetzen, wenn man einen schwerstbehinderten Ehegatten an seiner Seite hat, der auf den Rollstuhl angewiesen ist. Am 2. Tag plötzlich kein behinderten Parkplatz mehr zur Verfügung steht, Das Auto etwas weiter weg geparkt, Das ganze Gelände uns unbekannt und etwas unübersichtlich im Dunkeln . Einen freien Pakplatz gefunden , jedoch am nächsten Tag eine Verwarnung am Auto , bezüglich des Abschleppens. Leider hat die Rezeptionistin uns kaum zu Worte kommen lassen, unhöflich und laut - so etwas haben wir noch nie auf der Insel erlebt !

27.5.24 Ankunftsnachmittag in Koserow. Zu Gast im "Garten" (Strassenseitig). Bemühte Servicekräfte haben uns nett empfangen. Zu wohl temperierten Bieren (Lübzer Pils und Radler) gab es selbstredend Fisch. Ostseescholle war sehr gut; einzig die Bratkartoffeln wohl eher schon gefühlte das x-te mal in der Pfanne (zu dunkel, trocken usw.) Das Lachssteak genauso. Fisch gut; Nudeln verkocht, Sauce langweilig. Die Linie ist mit Preis von 6,66 € zwar witzig, aber wie alles andere auch überteuert. Leider keine Empfehlung

wir waren vom 22.9.-28.9.24 das erste mal in diesen schönen hotel zu besuch.wir wurden freundlich empfangen.das zugewiesene zimmer 32 war für uns ein sehr schönes Zimmer. alles in allem sehr sauber und gepflegt, hervorzuheben der Service des gesamten Hotelpersonals.die außenanlage macht einen sauberen, tatellosen eindruck. besonders hervorheben möchten wir das servicepersonal zum abendessen.das servieren ging flott hintereinander vonstatten.von freundlichkeit kaum zu überbieten. nochmal vielen dank für die schöne zeit in ihren hotel.wir kommen gern wieder!!!lg.fam. heidrun thomas aus Chemnitz
