Animation great Thanks to Simo and team. Food not very good, plates and cups in the restaurant are too old and look dirty even when washed. Beach great, clean. Pool experience was nice

We spent a week at Vincci Helya Beach hotel and had a great time. The hotel itself is good and rooms are ok. The sea view we had was amazing and it was good to relax with the hotel balcony door open so we could hear the sea. Food at the hotel was a bit repetitive but was always nice and fresh. Plus there was plenty of it so everyone was able to sample. The entertainment staff are fantastic. They work tremendously hard to keep everyone entertained and involved if you want to be. All of them are friendly and welcoming especially the girl called Manar.
