We just returned from holiday. We stayed there for seven nights, including Christmas. It's a fantastic place. I'd read reviews about this hotel before, but I didn't pay much attention; I'd rather see for myself. In our opinion, the hotel deserves five stars. We've stayed in five-star hotels, and this one was no different. In fact, I can honestly say it was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. From the day we arrived until the last minute, the staff was very friendly, very helpful, and everyone treated us like family. The food was excellent and varied, and we certainly wouldn't get bored. Mohamed, the waiter in the dining room, kept our table tidy every day. A table was always waiting for us. Beer, wine, water, and cocktails for children were served during meals in the dining room—rare, like in a top-tier restaurant. Sabeur, the manager of the bartenders and the entire shift, also had a unique personality. He was very friendly and created a family atmosphere wherever he went. Very polite and 100% professional for a person in this position. The waiter, Lotfi, on my first evening, felt like I'd known this man my whole life. He's a man who respects his work, his superiors, and hotel guests. For him, this hotel is his home, and we were family. The entire staff, from the reception desk to the bars, kitchen, entertainment staff (Sam, Kiko, Karamelek), and even the maids, were very professional, friendly, and courteous. Spending my vacation there, I felt like I was visiting family. If you've read any negative reviews about this hotel, look around and ask yourself, are you perfect? For me, my family, and a group of friends, this hotel deserves the highest rating. They forgot to mention that, for us as Catholics, the hotel organized a surprise Christmas Eve dinner in the VIP room. An incredible experience.
