Hotel El Habib Monastir

Ok, this is hard one...if it's your thing ok but not for me.price was good all inclusive. It's an hour trek transfer from the airport even tho there's another airport 5 mins away. For a 4 star it's misleading. The cash has been spent on the downstairs but the bedrooms are very tired, dirty in places, bedsheets and towels are old and dirty white. Internet is patchy, has in some rooms and not in others. I moved rooms the first day from floor 3 which had internet to floor2 room which did not. There were in total 4 plugs in room. One which TV in (didn't work. TV no English speaking channel's or news) dust thick bk of TV. So one plug for the fridge one TV one kettle. Had to alternate to charge phone etc. no point in bathroom. Everything is filled in and not finished ie.tiles, door frame. Pools nice but if you like to relax it's not for you. Loud music played from 930am, it's march so not so much entertainment but the entertainers who are bearly 21, dance and annoyingly jig around on the lawns. The music is sometimes excessive. Food is ok, it's hit and miss. The staff are in general very nice. Especially Ryan at the circus bar who is very efficient and ameniable. Venturing out..well...if your a single woman I wouldn't. Was followed and harassed a few times. Hotel has no ATM. Scary going to that in town. Other guests including men also felt it intimidating in surrounding areas. Streets are like Beirut and in poor condition so if mobility issues, not for you. Other guests men were attempted mugged at ATM. It has in general put me off visiting another Muslim country but like I say, it's either for you or not. I guess in peak season when it would be very more expensive it will be mega noisy especially as caters for kids, to sum up. Staff very nice, rooms below average and dirty, noisy not relaxing. There was no room hotel info information and no fire escape instructions on door... Official Pictures are misleading so take note The cats are cute tho

Highly recommended the animation team the best ever zambala and Snoop the best dancer very professional they bought best vibes, made everyone feel comfortable and happy , to be honest they made the holiday for me really enjoyable. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating anything we needed, all the staff work so hard to keep everyone happy all day everyday and made my first trip to Tunisia very enjoyable and comfortable Best place to stay in Tunisia.

It looks and is nothing like the travel agents pictures!!!!!! Our bags were gone through by staff/friend of staff. When mentioned it, they laughed (Keep all money and important documents on you at all times). The room was extremally basic. Bed and desk. Shower/Bath water good at different temperatures. Luckily we had pool view which included the beach and sea. No fridge or kettle in room (but if you ask they can put one in for you). The balcony doors have gaps and wind is very loud. Indoor pool is meant to be open till 5pm, but we tried going at 2.30pm and was told the pool is closed (we managed to get a swim in). Cats running freely all over hotel including the 1 restaurant. food was spicy, cold and repeated. Nothing for kids except fries and chicken nuggets (sometimes), some salad. Puddings were 3/4 cake slices and limited fruit. During the day the coffee machine was off. 3 types of wine in restaurant. We had all inclusive, but this was nowhere near that. Snack bar was closed, so in between meals you could have popcorn and cucumber. No ice creams etc. all inclusive drinks are very basic and pop is in 2 litre bottles. We had advertised water park, but was told it was for other hotel. Gym is not in hotel, outside and have to pay. Only 1 lift works in hotel. Our bags were gone through by staff/friend of staff. They have a rottweiler locked up in a small cage in the garden by the bar. Only was out once while we was there. It was in an area visitors were not allowed. Town is about 10 minute walk and you will be harassed, but when you get into town, you get leave alone. shops are good and the people were nice. As was Ramadan all coffee shops and restaurants were closed. We met other holiday makers and that's what made is better,

Atmosferę is very good. Very good food. Very good animation team its really lovely frinds like Snoop and zambala and fifi really we make a lovely time with them and really the room its very clean. Good service in the bar and very friedly Omar and Rayen.

Restaurant very good and nice the hotel very well maintained. The room had great view of the sea and the location was very good, overall great value trip. Great music played and the entertainers zambala and snoop and fifi were the best they had great animations they made the whole experience great.

This is my second time in Hotel Delphin El Habib and honestly I already can't wait to come back again next year in August I even booked already because this place feels like a second home now From the first day I arrived everything was just perfect the view is just wow waking up every morning to see the sea and palm trees is something else it gives u a special kind of peace and joy the rooms are clean spacious and cozy with everything u need and more they get cleaned daily and the staff is always smiling and ready to help The pool area is amazing big and very clean and u can just chill all day there with good vibes music and nice drinks from the bar which is also really nice the bartenders are super friendly and fast always making sure u enjoy ur time and have what u need The beach is just a few steps away soft sand warm water and beautiful sunrises and sunsets it’s really something magical to sit there and just enjoy the moment especially with a cold drink in hand The restaurant is good too with a big variety of food always fresh and tasty breakfast lunch dinner there’s something for everyone and they change things often so u don’t get bored of the same menu But honestly what makes this hotel truly special and what makes me want to come back again and again is the animation team those guys are the heart of the hotel full of energy and good vibes every single day from the morning activities like aqua gym zumba games beach volleyball to the night shows they always give their best and make everyone feel welcome and happy The night programs are just amazing every night something different and full of fun and energy fire shows dance shows comedy games karaoke and more u can never be bored here and it's all thanks to the amazing animation team I want to give a big shoutout to the team especially Johnny who is always full of life and makes everyone laugh Zambala with his crazy fun energy Franco always smiling and friendly Alex very kind and active and of course a special mention to Bakyy this guy is a legend so talented so friendly and full of positive energy he really makes the experience unforgettable always dancing smiling and making sure everyone is having the best time To be honest this hotel has everything u need for a perfect holiday the location the people the atmosphere everything is just top if u are thinking about where to go for your next trip trust me Delphin El Habib is the place and once u come u will understand why so many people come back again and again like me Thanks to everyone in the hotel for making my holiday so special and see u all again next year

very beautiful locations close to the seafront, the rooms are ok, the cleaning team is the same and the people who present the shows are the best, the team is very professional

Animation guys are very kind, friendly. Specially Johnny I’m very happy spending time in this hotel. Staff there are so friendly. Food is really tasty Definitely I will come back a cause of animation team It was really nice hotel nice people and everyone one happy
