I played golf here today on my own. Interesting price for 9-holes, just € 25. It is a par 3 course, with one par 4 hole. The greens are not too good and the fairways a bit rough, but I enjoyed the quietness and the great weather. When I finished I was allowed to play the 9 holes again free of charge.

The place is dying and in dire need of repairs. Things like the front door doesn't open to the reception area and many tiles need to be replaced around the pool. The pool was not even operational or full. The laundry room is a joke full of dirty laundry and machines that don't work. There is a falling down event tent which is an eyesore. The property is not maintained properly. No one seems to care that it is maintained or not.

We spent a weekend in February in the Colina Verde Hotel. It was a fantastic experience from A to Z. The booking per phone was very efficient. Catia Gaspar from the reception is VERY helpful, she anticipated our every wish. The rooms are super clean, lots of space, beautiful huge garden and pool area. You can watch rare birds from your balcony. Perfect!

Having spent a lot of time in Portugal over 30 years, we (originally 2 of us, now 5) have moved steadily east from Faro airport...rather than west! Not conscious as to why, we believe that is searching for more relaxing and authentic areas and places to explore, we ended up in Colina Verde! Perfectly situated in a rural setting away from hustle and bustle, but still with a view of the main attraction...the sea! Within 10 minutes (by car) to one of our favorites beaches anywhere - Fuseta and further east Cabanas, I dare anyone to find nicer beaches. Evening times, Colina Verde is between to cool town's of Olhao and Tavira. Colina Verde itself is very relaxed and has everything you would need to either use as a base to explore...or spend time with your book by the pool. The area around it is very large and very well kept. Great staff with a super attitude who make your stay really easy...We are now a group of 5 and the wonderful 3 bedroom apartment is more than perfect for our needs. Very spacious and spotlessly clean. Have to say, it is a place we really try to get to every year...as the wonderful combination of Colina Verde and its range of facilities keep us (the original 2) and our 3 teenage kids well served. This along with Colina Verde's surroundings makes this a 'must visit annually' for our rest and relaxation. Thanks to one and all in CV...and see you soon!

Quiet, serene location perfect for relaxation and recharging the batteries. The fully equipped apartments are spacious and well presented, and we found the staff friendly and helpful. A car is recommended and the lovely beaches at Fuzeta & Barril are less than 10 minutes away. Lots of quality restaurants close by.. we found JJs and Colibri to be our favourites!

Excelente espaço, rodeado de natureza, staff muito simpático e prestável, recomendo para umas férias em família os apartamentos são grandes e bem equipados , estamos perto da praia e a vila de Moncarapacho e muito bonita e tem praticamente todos os serviços que precisamos
