Opened in 2023, the hotel boasts a modern, youthful design, and our room was completely odor-free.

🎂 I was celebrating my birthday early, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a small cake, delivering it to my room with best wishes. A truly considerate gesture! 👍🏻

🔌 **Charging:** Both sides of the bed are equipped with USB and Type-C ports. A universal adapter is also provided in the drawer.

🚰 **Bottled Water:** Not complimentary, but available for purchase.

🧽 **Toiletries:** Disposable toothbrushes, a vanity kit, sanitary bags, hand soap, and Malin+Goetz body lotion are all provided.

🚽 **Toilet:** Standard (not an electric/smart toilet).

🪟 **Curtains:** Motorized.

🍷 **Minibar:** All items are chargeable.

🚥 **MTR Access:** The hotel is incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw from Tsim Sha Tsui East / Tsim Sha Tsui Station (Exit N1). Simply follow the 'Hart Avenue' sign upon exiting, and you'll spot it instantly. Couldn't be closer!

🥢 **Nearby Amenities:** You'll find a wealth of dining options, bars, pharmacies, 7-Eleven stores, snack shops, and souvenir shops (including Cookies Quartet) all within easy walking distance.

Construction next door to hotel now partially blocking view Namsan tower and many shops inside closed down which is sad to see, however the hotel staff is super friendly and polite. Rooms are ok with some nice details/ amenities but bathroom design is awkward, tight toilet space with door almost hitting toilet as you enter, and no privacy when using the toilet or shower (as it is partially open to the room and you can hear everything).  Cleaning crew very attentive to detail.

I would like to appreciate the stafts of your hotel including concierge, reception and house keeping, especially Ms. He Hua, who was very helpful and considerate for guests and treated my kids kindly with patient attitude.  Her service provided very excellent and make our trip in Singapore more unforgettable and happiness.  I think we would like to choose your hotel again next time!
