Arcs de Monells was one of the highlights of our recent bike trip. The hotel is set in the quiet, picturesque village of Monells and has a calm, adults-only atmosphere that made for a really relaxing stay. Both the hotel and the village are beautiful, and we especially appreciated the exquisite attention to detail in the interior design—elegant and thoughtful. The owners were warm, welcoming, and helpful—we really appreciated their hospitality. Breakfast was excellent, especially the scrambled eggs made to order. If you're looking for a peaceful base in a lovely setting, Arcs de Monells is a great choice. We'd love to come back.

Just spent 3 nights in this delightful hotel by the historic village of Monells. The blend of ancient and modern building works brilliantly. The modern bedroom we had was comfortable and well equipped with a terrace opening Ono the garden. Breakfast was included and was terrific. We ate in the restaurant on Friday night and loved the Asian Fusion menu. The standout thing however was the welcome support and advice of Sandra and her partner. Attentive but not intrusive and very happy to give advice and make arrangements. Loved it!

We stayed at this marvelous hotel during our biking holiday in Catalonia. It is a little slice of heaven and such a treasure. Although the hotel rooms and common areas are wonderful and enchanting, it is the love and care of the innkeepers and owners, Sandra and Joseph, that make this such an exceptional place to stay. Their kindness, care, and positive attitudes were so valued and we felt like family. The meals and bar offerings were fabulous, too. Well done, we hope to return again one day to beautiful Spain and to this delightful hotel.

The Hotel Arcs is excellent. My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights, booked by the bicycle tour operator Creative Catalonia. The hotel is squeaky clean, quiet, charming, and first class by any measure. Swimming pool to refresh after a hot day. 5 minute walk to the town plaza. The attached restaurant is very good. Breakfast is excellent; a wide selection with the option of a made to order omelet The proprietors are very personable, helpful, and genuinely welcoming and friendly. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Would most definitely stay again.

Gorgeous hotel in such a peaceful setting. The town is so beautiful! Everyone at the hotel is so helpful & kind. Highly recommend. Rooms are comfortable and a large size. Nice amenities. Breakfast is really good with lots of selection. Beds are comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay as part of a bike trip in Catalonia. Our hosts were very helpful and extended every courtesy imaginable. Thank you Sandra and family for your efficient and gracious service. We loved our patio, the adjoining restaurant and those marvelous breakfast sandwiches. Bravo!!

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights during our cycling tour and really enjoyed our time. Sandra and Josep were very helpful from small details like giving us bottled water for bike riding to arranging car transportation. The room was newly renovated in a very unique style. The pool was clean and comfortable to use. The hotel restaurant possessed an unexpected quality and variety for such a small village. The center of the medieval village is just a few steps away so we enjoyed our walks there. We highly recommend this hotel.

I recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to experience a relaxed getaway in a typical catalunyan village. Even though this hotel has beautiful modern rooms, equipped with everything you need, it still maintains the vintage vibe of the original building, which makes it the perfect accomodation choice in the area. The hotel has lovely inner patio with a pool, as well as spectacular private balcony views from the rooms. A family run estate, very kind and welcoming, with friendly staff. Would definitely return for a future holiday.

Hotel impresionante. De 10 la estancia. La habitación espectacular, camas super grandes y muy cómodas. Descansas sin ningún ruido. Salida directa a la piscina y jardín. Muy bien cuidado, todo muy verde. El desayuno muy correcto, la atención de la dueña espectacular, el personal muy atento. Volveremos sin duda. Un hotel para recomendar si quieres una estancia de relax y romántica. Gracias por todo
