You live in a tent…. Don’t expect too much. But an interesting experience.

Great glamping site with a brilliant safari trip. Ask for MJ to guide you in the park, he was excellent - knowledgeable, engaged and discreet. It rained heavily while we were there but it didn’t dampen our spirits. Highly recommended!

It feels like an African safari stay. It's a big tent. It's definitely not as clean as a hotel, but it's a good experience. It's worth staying there.

I felt unprepared to open! After all, resources were limited, and I wasn't really suited for it.

It was a magical travel experience. It was nine o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the campsite. The jeep was bumpy for more than ten minutes and I almost felt sold. After arriving, I discovered a new world. In addition, we didn't eat. Although the taste of BBQ was average, When you are eating, you will be accompanied by many small animals when you lower your head. When you raise your head, you will see the starry sky, which is very atmospheric.

Spent a night here as part of our escorted tour around Sri lanka. Tents as expected are very basic but thats to be expected they were clean and had all you needed. The tea served by candlelight was very night both the atmosphere and the food with nice cold beer. The night we stayed was 34 degrees so sleep was minimal (but thats all part of the experience) fans were provided in tents. The guided walk around the campsite in the evening was very informative and interesting. The whole experience was enjoyable

The park was good as we hoped - and we saw leopards. Crocodiles were our favourite though. The campsite was tho pretty basic but certainly worth the experience

Located about 30min drive from entry to park set in natural bushland with rice fields and large water catchment close by( visited on evening walk to watch sunset) This tent with firm camping style beds, electric sockets and shower/ toilet area at back of tent grows on you. Water pressure low due to drought but workable (sl salty). Hand gel, body gel and shampoo provided. Can refill water at main tent any time. Mozzie diffuser. Minimal lighting so reading in bed difficult but you are usually too tired anyway. Has several communal areas. Tents quite spread out and has above ground pool. Tea available all day-lovely treats for afternoon. Staff delightful, nothing too much. Bring torch as quite dark at night. Safaris organised by camp were the best we had in SriLanka- very knowledgeable guides( including the walks that are in morning, evening and night. )Dinner with camp fire and 30 min Naturalist talk. Food good. Lunch 10US$ dinner 15$ and drives start from ~100US. Best place to be during day is on safari as tents do get quite warm but at night cooler wind( don’t cover up the openings) so can sleep okay. Sun lotion/ mozzie repellant/ long trouser for evening a must! Overall was highlight of the trip.
