Close proximity from the custom/port as its just few minutes walk. Makes it really easier for people who needs to enter China or Vietnam, or vice versa. The staff also spoke Mandarin considering the proximity to China.

Very close to the port. The lobby is also quite grand. Overall, I feel that there is still a big gap compared with domestic five-star hotels, but it is worth the price. The TV never worked, but I didn't watch it anyway. The staff can speak some Chinese and are quite friendly.

First of all, the facilities are good for the low price. There is a market and a Vietnam/China border immigration office nearby. The staff were very friendly and nice, but the massage shop on the 6th floor seems to be not so good.

Very good hotel. The hotel has a comfortable environment inside and outside. It should be the best hotel in Mong Cai. The facilities are relatively new and the hygiene is very good. The service attitude of the hotel front desk staff is very good. Overall, it was a very good stay experience. I will consider staying in this hotel next time.

Old hotel, old facilities, poor sound insulation, living on the 22nd floor, there was always sound from the sewer at night, it was hard to fall asleep, no room change, only 2 floors open, very speechless

The big bed is two beds put together. A bit inconvenient. The bedding feels uncomfortable. It makes my body itchy. The breakfast is too simple, and there are a lot of flying insects in the fresh food area in the morning.
