I call the hotel to book the luxury room with the pool and, once the reservation has been made, they tell me that it is possible to park the car near the Kambusa Rock Bar where there is no payment, without however informing us that the following morning the car will not be there he could stop longer because there was the half marathon. The car, the following morning, was no longer there and speaking with the traffic warden who was on the spot, she suggested that we have the owner of the B&B accompany us to the police and the depot where the car was parked. The owner doesn't show up, the girl from the reception shows up who took us first to the police and then to the deposit. We got €40 for the report plus €180 for the tow truck and the owner and the girl didn't even apologize to us for not warning us. Who should have warned us that the following morning the car could no longer stay there after they had told us to "park near the bar"! Bad staff. Not to mention the room. We paid €230 for a room with a swimming pool which, unlike what it looks like in the photos, is very small, there is a lot of humidity and you can't breathe (December 4th, let alone in the summer) and moreover only the dehumidifier came out cold air even though the girl had told us “if you feel cold you can turn this on to stay warmer”, another lie! Speaking of the pool, the water was tepid without ever warming up. We call the reception reporting the problem and they tell us that "the heating of the swimming pool has been on since yesterday so just in case wait a bit". In short, it has NEVER heated up. As far as cleaning is concerned, it is not the best as we found a cricket in the room and several ants. All negative, starting from the staff up to the room. If only I had known all this I would have definitely gone elsewhere. A pretty bad experience. The only positive thing was the home delivery of the pizzeria "La Cantina del Mondo".
