Fantastic hotel! Wonderful breakfast, great communication before and during, very helpful and supportive staff and lovely apartments that have every need you could want.

What a beautiful and quiet location ! Wonderful staff who were always ready to help in any way they could . Breakfast was included and we were spoilt for choice for freshly baked goods and great barista coffees . Our room was tastefully furnished with a comfortable bed and wonderful toiletries in the bathroom . Can not recommend these apartments enough ! Grazie Mille !

Great apartment style accomadations. Very comfortable and beautiful view from the bedroom of the sea. Right in the centre of old town, perfect location. Rocco can drive you to places within old town and also out to the beach clubs or teain station, very handy as it us very difficult to get a taxi. Cleaners were there every day and we great with restocking everything. The owner is a lovely woman who always made sure we were taken care of. The breakfast is delicious and their restuarant for dinner was very good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic experience, can't recommend enough. Beautiful spacious and restful rooms with lovely light (in a town where windows are typically small and rooms can be dim). Great air con during a heat wave. Super comfortable and spacious bed, mini kitchen etc. Fantastic hosts/staff - perfect English, extremely helpful and friendly, right from when I booked and emailed with lots of questions. Great location, right near the water and just off the very busy main street which made it much quieter than the other accommodation I had stayed in beforehand. Gorgeous little laneway where we had breakfast (which included everything from bacon to chocolate croissants to fresh fruit to the cakes that you can watch them cook in the morning). And a wonderful restaurant in the little courtyard. Ask for the Hugo spritz. Grazie mille!

Beautiful spacious apartment with an incredible view in a perfect location! Lovely staff who were very friendly. Not a bad word to say about the place, we'll be coming back!

While we have not stayed here as yet, others who have, report it's an outstanding facility. We have however partaken of their buffet breakfast several times and found it outstanding, the best by far we have found in the city. The people who run and serve at this beautiful venue are quite excellent. Thank you.

This Apartment Hotel is wonderful! The reception hostess went above and beyond expectations to assist me and get me complete after a long day of delayed trains and travel. She arranged a pickup for me at the train station (in their very cool vintage car) even though it was getting late in the evening. I'm already planning on coming back to this gorgeous property. The room is fabulous with luxury amenities and oh so comfortable bed and linens. The location in Monopoli is also perfect!

Their driver picked us up at the train station when we arrived, and drove us back when we left. We stayed in an apartment with town view and it was spacious and very clean. A good breakfast buffet was included. The location is perfect - you can walk to places of importance within minutes. Highly recommended!

Every single person at this hotel was professional, warm and helpful. Antonella, who I never met but who answered every question that I emailed, Patrizia the manager, a truly outstanding person, Sandrine the owner, and Rocco, the gentleman who drove us to and from our parking spot in his 1974 aqua Citroen. What a way to arrive! The -asking that the hotel can arrange is a brisk walk but not inconvenient as we didn’t move our car more than once a day. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable bed, clean, nice bathroom, outstanding bath products and robes and slippers. The kitchen had an espresso machine and we welcomed the fridge for our wine and water. There seemed to be enough pans and dishes in the kitchen if one wants to cook. . Breakfast was wonderful, the usual European meats and sweets. My husband is a big fan of charcuterie and he said that the quality was outstanding. Yogurts, many varieties, fruits, fresh juices, a box of teas, coffees, really the best. The location is perfect. We chose a room with a sea view. I would not look any further if I return to Monopoli. Thank you all for your hospitality.
