Assolutamente sconsigliato!! Pieno di SCARAFAGGI, vivi e morti, in ogni angolo. La host è a conoscenza che la casa vacanze è piena di scarafaggi, ma ciò nonostante si disinteressa del grave problema. Inoltre, è molto sporco. Pieno di polvere e muffa, sia nella doccia che sulle mura. A causa della ripetuta presenza di scarafaggi, siamo stati costretti a lasciare la casa in anticipo. La host ha preteso il pagamento delle notti effettuate in contanti, anche cancellando per l'intero la prenotazione per "mancata presentazione degli ospiti". Nessuna ricevuta rilasciata al momento del pagamento! Situato in un vicoletto molto stretto e rumoroso sin dalle prime ore del mattino.

Unica nota positiva di questo B&B è la posizione centrale. La camera sporca con BLATTE (abbiamo fatto foto e video come prova). Una blatta è salita sul letto durante la notte. Mio marito si è svegliato sentendo un solletico sulla spalla e siamo saltati dal letto appena abbiamo acceso la luce e visto la blatta camminare tra le lenzuola. Ovviamente non abbiamo chiuso occhio. Al mattino altra blatta uscita dalla doccia ed altra da sotto al tavolo. La risposta della proprietaria è stata che sono cose che possono capitare (forse lei è abituata, noi no). Non si è scusata ne’ ha voluto togliere un euro. Niente ricevuta. Colazione al bar ridicola. Sconsigliatissima!!!

Le logement est situé en plein centre historique, parfait pour visiter Monopoli mais évidemment bruyant surtout avec un restaurant à proximité. Certes le lieu est propre mais manque cruellement de luminosité, pas de fenêtre, seule la porte est vitrée mais situé dans une toute petite ruelle. Odeur de renfermé, pour une nuit ça passe. Ce qui est surtout à déplorer c’est l’absence d’accueil malgré des échanges de sms mais aussi le petit déjeuner qui se prend dans un bar à côté. Ceci n’est pas dérangeant mais lorsque le serveur vous dit qu’il est composé d’un café et d’un croissant, rien de plus! Pas de chocolat chaud et si jus d’orange c’est en supplément!!!

Mi dispiace molto ma è stato tutto pessimo. La stanza non aveva nemmeno una finestra quindi il ricambio dell’aria era impossibile; l’umidità era alle stelle al punto che perfino le lenzuola erano quasi bagnate; ovviamente non si potevano stendere i panni all’esterno quindi rimanevano sempre semi-bagnati; la cucina di un ristorante letteralmente di fronte alla stanza dalla quale si sentiva ogni singolo rumore; il Wi-Fi non funzionante e nemmeno una tacca per telefonare o per navigare; per concludere in bellezza c’erano le blatte, sia dentro che fuori la stanza.
