Room was clean. We enjoyed every moment there. We will certainly stay there again in future.

Liked the situation, the garden, the restaurant, the staff Didn’t like the lack of electrical plug points and for the price there should have been a fridge. The only place on our long travels in South Africa that didn’t have a fridge! Didn’t like the smell of drains when sitting outside.

To be very honest we expected a lot more from a highly rated hotel in Montagu. I should have started to worry when I phoned at 3:30pm and asked to make a direct booking to be told there wasn’t anyone available to make the reservation and I should call back in the morning…. Distinctly average would be my summary and we will not be staying again.

We had been there for three days. The room was nice, but a little bit dark. We appreciated much the very nice and quiet garden, also the pool beneath the bougainvillea. The breakfast buffet was rich an “lekker”. We tasted the diner outside - delicious! Especially the service was excellent - friendly and very competent people. We enjoined our stay and will recommend the location.

We stayed here just for one night and were welcomed ver friendly. Our room war well cleaned and tidy, maybe a little bit old fashioned. The Mimosa Lodge restaurant was one of the best we had throughout our whole journey

We have spend only one night in this beautyful place but it was so perfect. Everyone was very kind and helpful, our Apartment was exzellent.
