Overpriced and not up to date. The food is bland and the amenities in the rooms (fridge, toilet etc) are either ancient, stained or not working. The staff seem unengaged and the place is understaffed - the waiters are newbies and / or stressed. Don’t expect to have a full stomach after dining - but expect your pockets to be empty. Thumbs down.

This Swiss historic hotel is a beautiful grand dame with some needs for a touch of make-up here and there but majestic nonetheless. The rooms ooze old style and most have balconies with beautiful valley views. The welcome is very personal with each guest receiving their personally addressed information booklet, a nice touch. The restaurant is definitely a must-visit, their local trout was perfectly prepared with a mushroom sauce that asked for seconds.

Cet établissement mérite une grande rénovation. Les locaux communs sont très peu chauffés. Les douches communes sont aussi médiocres que dans la chambre. Il y a également des rideaux de douches horribles. Le local où se fait les massages se trouve à l’entrée du couloir qui donne accès ä la piscine et au SPA où se trouve une étagère pour les chaussures. Aucune insonorisation. Il y a des vas et viens intempestifs et les enfants jouent etc etc. Dommage pour la masseuse, qui se donne une peine folle avec une musique douce! Bref, établissement à oublier.

Merci infiniment à Émilie et son Équipe qui nous ont concocté un magnifique séjour au-dessus des nuages et en-dehors du temps. Le lieu est magnifique et chargé d'histoire. Le petit-déjeuner est magnifique et les produits frais ont été fort appréciés. Je recommande chaleureusement.

La vue est superbe mais pour le reste tout est vieux et mal entretenu. Pas à la hauteur des photos. Les verres de la piscine sont passés. Les sols sont à refaire. Les chambres mal insonorisé Il y a beaucoup de rénovation à entreprendre pour prétendre avoir 3 étoiles plutôt 2. Sympa pour un apéro pour la vue

Je connais cet hôtel depuis plus de 60 ans .La vue toujours incomparable, et au fil des années ,nombreuses améliorations. : piscine, sauna, terrasse...Le restaurant est très beau, les menus bien, service assez bien. De très agréables promenades et excursions en été, de moins en moins de neige , hélas, en hiver, mais il peut y en avoir beaucoup avant ou après l'hiver.3h de train seulement de Paris, plus 40 minutes de voiture.

La 1 ère fois j y étais en 1969.j ai retrouvé le bon accueil et la belle vue sur le Mont blanc,. Personnel au top ,cuisine parfaite .prix très corrects.on y retournera c est sûr. Compliments à toute l équipe. L ensemble est très bien tenu et c est faire un saut dans le passé.
