Fiquei hospedada no 9°andar, quarto de final 7. Desta vez achei a limpeza regular, tinha alguns fios de cabelo curto, de homem, como se grudados, na parede atrás da porta do banheiro, e também dentro do porta objeto onde ficam as amenidades de banho. Arrastei a cama da sala para mudar de ângulo ( para não dormir encostada na cortina) e tinha bastante sujeira embaixo da cama também. A tampa da privada não pára levantada, para gente sentar no vaso sanitário, ela ficava abaixando e encostando nas costas da gente, que nervoso. Uma lâmpada estava queimada sobre a pia da cozinha, avisei no checkout. Os funcionários são nota 10, todos eles. O café da manhã estava muito gostoso, com bastante opção tanto de bebidas, quanto de salgados e doces.

Ficamos quatro noites no hotel a passeio pela cidade. O hotel fica a menos de cinco minutos a pé do shopping. O quarto é bem espaçoso e limpo. O café da manhã conta com muitas opções. Recomendo.

Foi uma agradável surpresa! O Hotel é muito bom e o quarto é amplo e bem limpo. Bom café da manhã. Meu filho aproveitou muito a piscina. Uma dica o SPA estava com a água muito quente para a época. Parabéns a toda a equipe do Hotel.
