A rua até a chegada a recepção do hotel é muito ruim....de paralelepípedo...se chove o carro desliza e não sobe....a água do chuveiro parou de esquentar na metade do banho....a piscina mal nos foi apresentada....nem chegamos a vê la....não voltaria ao hotel.

O hotel é fantástico! Rústico e aconchegante. O quarto é muito bom, mas a cama é antiga, ainda de madeira. Sugiro a troca por camas do tipo box. Apesar de ficarmos em quarto superior "muito bom", fica ao lado da escada do pavimento superior, o que traz barulho do sobe e desce dos hóspedes. Piscina aquecida excelente. Ótimo café da manhã. O único problema é o acesso "único" por uma rua muito acidentada e com subida íngreme. Muito complicado se o seu veículo tiver pneus ruins.

Apenas o hotel muito grande e um pouco descuidado em alguns pontos, piscinas e trilha para caminhada até a capela! Melhorar a questão de limpeza e dos caminhos das trilhas! Ter mais opções de passeios pelos funcionários e recepção! Opções de recreação, melhor as piscinas! se unir algum serviço de guia turístico

Tivemos uma estadia muito agradável no chalé, que tem uma vista linda da cama e varanda. Pena que estava pouco frio para acender a lareira. A sala é um espaço bem acolhedor. Também oferecem um café da manhã delicioso. Adoramos o hotel e o acolhimento da equipe, sempre disponível.

Excelente hotel! Segunda estadia nossa lá é muito gostoso… confortável, limpo, recepção atenciosa e pronta para atender quando necessário. O hotel tem um ar rústico, como se estivéssemos realmente na Europa e nos fez querer saber a história por trás dele. Passamos um ótimo fim de semana em família

Adorei a hospedagem! A Liliam foi muito atenciosa conosco. lugar muito bonito e a banheira do quarto é maravilhosa. Tivemos pequenos problemas, como o chuveiro que não esquentava (apenas a banheira). Mas, isso não nos impediu de aproveitar a estadia. E quando solicitamos o serviço de quarto, eles não trocaram todas as toalhas e não limpou a banheira. Mas, de resto, foi ótimo!
