Great place, full of a beautiful coffee land environment. Quiet place, with a great customer service, clean and full of nice amenities, a good swimming pool, walking areas, beautiful birds! We had a great time and the staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms an beds are confortable, the environment is perfect!

You can find Better
The place is nice but you have to wait for service because they seem to be okay with having people wait. The room provided to us smelled extremely humid. When I went to use the bathroom I noticed the fan wasnt working and there was mildew all over the ceiing. I brought it to their attention and asked to switch rooms. They said they would make a note since it was late but when we left the next day and someone went into the room to paint the ceiling. When I returned the smell was gone however, it started lingering again when we were leaving. We ordered a taxi with them and they UP the price of the taxi to make commission. Not all the service was bad as some of the younger staff was really polite. However, it needs improvement. Power went out our second night and we did not receive a discount.They didnt even have lamps to provide and because the water is operated by a pump water went out as well. When I was leaving they told me to come settle the amount due for dinner we had the first night. I did but any other place would have waived the dinner due to the multiple inconvenienes faced.

A magical and authentic place, designed for rest with good food and unbeatable service, if you want to have an authentic experience it is the ideal place, its rooms are comfortable and have good internet to work.

Location molto carina immersa nel verde dove ci si sveglia col canto degli uccelli. Le stanze sono spaziose e luminose, la pulizia migliorabile ma sufficiente. Il livello della colazione è sufficiente, poca varietà ma c'è sia dolce sia salato. Decisamente nsufficiente il ristorante in quanto alcuni piatti non sono stati cotti a sufficienza ed alcuni abbinamenti sono decisamente da rivedere.

Es un lugar hermoso, la atención es maravillosa, literalmente vives en el paisaje con la vista y los muchos sonidos de aves que llegan al lugar, estando allí te olvidas del ruido de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son hermosas muy cómodas, el aseo es perfecto.
