Hilton Garden Inn Monterey

The hotel has convenient parking and a great environment. The only downside is that you have to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself. As for housekeeping, they won't clean your room unless you specifically ask them to, and you need to arrange it in advance. The in-room phone doesn't work, so you have to call the front desk on your mobile phone for any services you need.

The hotel has a beautiful garden, a large parking lot, and a very nice pool. We happened to check in during an event, and the room we got wasn't great, but the hotel apologized for it. It's a 10-minute drive to the whale watching spot. Hotel prices in Monterey aren't cheap, and we had a comfortable Chinese meal at the pier.

Facilities: Well-equipped. Hygiene: Spotless. Environment: Elegant, with a pool and bonfire creating a great vacation vibe. Service: Appropriate, with good safety and professionalism. Consistent with Hilton's usual style. Great location, close to the highway, perfect for road trips.

It's very convenient to do laundry here, and the environment is quiet.

The hygiene, facilities, and environment are all excellent. The front desk and the accommodation building are separate, but not too far apart. The accommodation building has an elevator inside, but there are steps at the entrance with no elevator, so you'll need to carry your luggage for a short distance.

The hotel's location is quiet, but the facilities are a bit old, and the air conditioning is quite noisy.
