This hotel has a good location, but it has nothing to do with Sheraton! When I entered the front desk, I thought I entered an apartment, not a hotel. The hotel is very old. The most exaggerated thing is that the air conditioner sounds like you are sleeping on the engine! You can hear the air conditioner next door when you sleep next door! The toilet flushing upstairs is as loud as an earthquake. The curtain design is also very interesting. You can't pull it left or right. It's just a layer of gauze... transparent

We booked several rooms for business trip. The air conditioner in the room was as loud as a motor. It was unbearable.

It was a business trip. The room was warm and clean. I had a good sleep after a long trip.

Breakfast is provided, not in the form of a buffet. There are not many options, and it does not meet the taste of Asians. After cleaning on the third night, the upstairs is being decorated and sprayed. The ventilation system should be shared, so it is impossible to check in at all, and the room has not been advanced Notice that after staying for less than half an hour, the nose was affected and the head was a little dizzy. The experience was very poor.

Convenient transportation and comfortable rooms

The service was good, however the air conditioner is too loud and it is not possible to sleep because is turning on and off every minute. The room is very noisy. We asked to move another room and we got a renovated room less noisy because it was in the 7 floor, however the A/C was still very loud. The location is good,

The room I booked was different from the one they gave me, it is not soundproof, there was a lot of noise and when I mentioned it to the staff of this hotel, they did not offer an apology.

I lake the location very much and the breakfast also. The breakfast should start earlier, many flights at the airport leave at 9am.

POSITIVES ASPECTS: EXCELLENT LOCATION. SHOPING MALL , HOSPITALS, AND TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE. NEGATIVES ASPECTS: LIMITED PACKING SPACE CLOSE TO THE HOTEL. REST OF THE PARKING WRONG DISGN ON THE TURNS(TOO STRECHED) HIGH POSSIBLE ACCIDENTS. HOTEL IN REMODELING IN SOME FLOORS (WORKING NICE DURING DAY TIME)

Everything ok, great service, bathroom had no ventilation, and sink was almost fully clogged

All good. Just the parking gate. Sometimes it does not work or maybe people forget their ticket.
