They made me leave a deposit as a guarantee because they had never had a reservation through trip.com, it has been 2 days since I made my reservation and I checked in and they cannot return the deposit to me because the deposit has not yet been reflected. deposit by the application and as much as the hotel and trip.com are responsible, do not book through trip or stay at that hotel because if you have a problem, no one will be responsible

The parking lot underground is a big issue. It is very narrow and it goes down/up as spiral. My truck got a scratched on the passenger side due to being very narrow and not enough light.

The breakfast can be improved and missing towels for 2 persons only they put 1. Other think is a mini refrigerator in the room for some drinks

I did not like that my paid for and reserved double room was not ready at 3 pm and had to settle for a single bed. Also, the restaurant ran out of coffee and told us that it was due to the providers. They did not want to replace peanut butter either.

The property is actually not bad at all, good location and looks nice. The problem is the hotel fails at basic things. When I checked in, their elevator system was somehow not working properly and someone had to always scan their badge to use the elevator. When I got to my room, there was no towels at all. Wifi signal is very bad, I had to go to the lobby to log into their wifi, then come back to my room. Even then the signal was just too weak. Breakfast was hirrible. There was no silverwears, no plates, and most of the tables were dirty. We ended up going out to eat breakfast. Let alone, their breakfast is continental, unlike other city express we stayed in.
