This accommodation in fake in presentation, outdated building, extremely unfriendly reception lady and she has nothing to do with the hospitality industry. From the moment we arrived, she yelled and spoke badly to both children and adults

We are just finishing a 3 day stay at Le Mandrie di Ripalta. This is not a 4 star accommodation! 1. The breakfast buffet is not a buffet. One staff member places what you wish to eat on your plate. Choices are limited. Favorite choices are gone long before the time for breakfast is finished. 2. Dinner choices are limited, the quality of food is average at best and prices are high. 3. A vehicle is absolutely essential. The villa where we stayed was a 7 - 10 minute walk to the restaurant, with a steep climb and steep downhill grade going both ways. Nothing is available for purchase (water, wine, other necessities) other than at dinner time. Management should at least have a golf cart to ferry people from their villa to the restaurant. 4. The pool is mediocre at best. We are used to crystal clear pools. This pool is only 1.5 meters in depth and you cannot see the bottom. We would not swim in the pool, even though the weather was very warm. 5. The grounds are generally unkept - shrubbery is overgrown. 6. Bugs! Flies, mosquitoes and various other insects (flying and crawling) drive you crazy. There are no repellents available. 7. Accommodations are bare necessity! In the advertising, we were given to understand there was a kitchen and bedroom on the main floor and a bedroom on the second floor. On the main floor, there is a large, basically empty space with 2 chairs, a small couch and a good sized bedroom - no water, no stove, no running water, no bathroom facilities. Occupants of the main floor must climb a steep staircase to use bathroom facilities. The second floor has the bathroom and a good sized bedroom. The bed is comfortable. There is little to no ventilation in the bathroom - do not expect towels to dry overnight. 8. Staff is cordial and generally helpful, given what they have to work with. This is at best a 3 star accommodation. We would not stay here again.

We had a fantastic week at the Le Mandrie Di Ripalta. The super friendly staff, traditional room with stone walls and wood beam ceiling, exquisite food and views of vineyards and olive trees made our stay unforgettable.

Abbiamo usufruito del ristorante della struttura. Location veramente tranquilla e molto bella sulle colline di montespertoli. Cibo ottimo con porzioni abbondanti. Da segnalare le bruschette con i pomodori del loro orto, i tagliolini al tartufo e lo spezzatino con le patate. Ottimi consigli sui vini. Ci ritorneremo

Mio malgrado mi trovo per la prima volta a scrivere una recensione senza aver mai mangiato in questo ristorante! Per motivi che ignoro la prenotazione effettuata e confermata tramite il servizio The Fork mi è stata cancellata e notifiicata solamente 2 ore prima dell’orario prefissato mettendomi in seria difficoltà per la serata. Questo solo al fine di sensibilizzare l’esercizio in questione di utilizzare il servizio di prenotazione online The Fork in maniera più oculata onde evitare moltro spiacevoli situazioni. Ringrazio.

Ecco un esempio di recensione negativa per il tuo soggiorno in un agriturismo: Purtroppo devo lasciare una recensione negativa per il mio soggiorno in questo agriturismo. Avevamo prenotato la nostra camera con largo anticipo, ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo scoperto che era stata venduta a qualcun altro. Nonostante avessimo una conferma scritta della prenotazione, il personale non è stato in grado di fornirci una soluzione adeguata. La mancanza di professionalità e organizzazione è stata evidente e ci ha causato un notevole disagio. Inoltre, il personale si è dimostrato poco disponibile e non ha mostrato alcuna volontà di rimediare alla situazione. È stata un'esperienza davvero deludente e non consiglierei questo agriturismo a nessuno. Spero che la gestione prenda seriamente in considerazione le critiche e lavori per migliorare il servizio offerto ai clienti. Spero che questo esempio ti sia utile per esprimere al meglio la tua esperienza negativa.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 gg a maggio, siamo stati benissimo, stanza spaziosa pulita, posto silenzioso, colazione di tutto e di più, le torte fatte in casa super, x quanto riguarda il ristorante un plauso a Elia e Gioele cortesi e preparati, e x la reception brava a Camilla, insomma tutto perfetto...ci torneremo...grazie a tutti. Siamo stati alle Mandrie di Ripalta per cena, una serata piacevolissima in un locale molto curato e soprattutto con un servizio eccellente! I ragazzi che ci hanno seguito e coccolato per tutta la cena erano infatti estremamente gentili, simpatici e competenti su tutto ciò che ci hanno servito. Hanno fatto la differenza. Cibo di ottima qualità e cucinato con sapienza, speciale il pollo fritto alla fiorentina, non fatevelo scappare! Così come anche i dolci, rigorosamente fatti in casa, buonissimi!
