Excellent customer service experience, prices are good. Randall is amazing he is so helpful The room are very clean spacious with are very nice view. The property has a nice trail around the mountains Breakfast was good Gallo pinto cheese eggs and fruits To improve: add TV and improve the intentet quality

Randall gave us a map of all attractions in Monteverde with prices and times. Which was used and appreciated by my wife and I. The Belcruz B&B has a fabulous breakfast (best we had in Costa Rica) and dinners are delicious. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet.

Belcruz B&B is a family owned and operated B&B that is very affordable and I would absolutely recommend it. It is just a few minutes away from the downtown area of Monteverde. The grounds are beautiful, and they have some walking paths so you can take a nice walk around their property. The room was comfortable and spacious. The complimentary breakfast is very good, and all fresh and homemade. Randall and his family were so friendly and so accomodating. They gave us lots of recommendations for what to do in the area and how to avoid large crowds. I absolutely recommend staying here! Unbeatable value!

Belcruz Family Lodge was a beautiful place to stay. Things we loved: (1) the lit and paved pathway at night through the jungle to the restaurant (2) the restaurant on this property is excellent. The included breakfast was delicious and generous, cooked especially for us, to order every morning. The restaurant is open for gourmet dining in the evening also. The view from the restaurant was lovely...even had monkeys outside the windows at breakfast one morning (3) we loved sitting on the decks of our little cabin villas overlooking the jungle listening and watching the birds. (4) the price was so reasonable for our little cabin and was completely acceptable for all our needs.

Such a friendly and delightful hotel. Everyone there was so sweet, and Randall the owner’s son, who is the head chef, is SO talented. You absolutely must stay for the dinner, it was the best meal we had in Monteverde! Beautiful surroundings (the rooms are all set back along a beautiful path through the trees) and delicious breakfasts, and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Incredible value and perfect spot to stay in Monteverde. You’ll love it.

Everything about Belcruz was great! We stayed in a standard double room with our son. The rooms were clean and spacious with a gorgeous view of mountains and rainbows every morning. The beds were on the harder side but that would be our only compliant. The breakfast was great every day (served from 6-9am I think). The owner Randall also really added to our experience. It's a family run business that he started. He helped us book our tours when we arrived (don't wait to book anything - do it when you arrive or they might be full for the day). We had a car so it only took 5mins to drive to Santa Elena and maybe 25mins to Monteverde Cloud Forest. Great location.

Very friendly bed and breakfast option, perfect if you wanna stay a couple of nights. Clean room with delicious breakfast and gourment dinner optons. I liked the location, it is super close the adventures,excercises like zipline, tarzan swing or rainforest walk too.

The location was so beautiful. Our room was super clean and spacious. The Restaurant was excellent! Maria Elena was exceptional! The Chef was very talented and attentive! They deserve a 5 star ⭐️ as it is a B & B punching far beyond its weight! We will be back.

WOW. The pictures do not do this place justice! I was so impressed, not only with the place itself but also with the breakfast and attentiveness of the staff. I wish I lived closer to Costa Rica so I could come visit here more often.
