Best Western Monticello

Everything was perfect except the room smelled like stale cigarettes. We think it was from the heating/cooling unit.

Very good and clean

Hotel was dated but clean. Staff was friendly . The walls were thin, you could hear TV in next room. The connecting door to the next room was nailed shut and was unsightly. Breakfast was good with hot and cold choices. I don't know if was available 24 hours, but the coffee machine was on and accessible Everytime we checked.

The hotel seemed to have a foul odor but the room was clean and served its purpose. Front desk staff was very helpful and personable. Thank you for providing friendly and courteous service.

The room was clean and comfortable with all required amenities. However, the rooms and property are dated.

Room was clean. I had a refrigerator and a microwave, plus a balcony room which was nice. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I used the pool. The water was cool yet refreshing. Breakfast had both hot and cold choices.

Courteous and attentive Front Desk staff. The hotel and room overall were presentable and smelled fresh!

Room big enough nice space. Carpet is little old need to clean . Other way one of the nicest hotel a book since six month. Maybe I prefer to next time also.

Ran out of eggs and bacon. Had to wait. Other than that, the food was good.
