Location is excellent. Lots of fashion shops and supermarket nearby. Breakfast has a variety of choice. Parking is a bit expensive.

The menu in the restaurant had a limited choice but the food at dinner was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Twin room was great, nice beds and the bathroom was really nice. Would stay again. All the staff were really amazing and so helpful in particular Yannis.

The property is nice, the location is convenient because it is very close to the city center. The down side is that you have to pass by a couple of homeless camps… one which is right outside and they get pretty dirty and have a bunch of dogs. Also we could not lock hot door because there was not a gash on the door for the lock to actually lock… another thing which I know has nothing to do with the hotel was that we had super noisy neighbors who slammed the. Door multiple times, but I am well aware that the hotel has nothing to do with that. The reception staff is great.

I have stayed at and had very good experiences at Mercure hotels in Argentina and considered the name to represent better quality than I found here.

We had a lovely experience staying here. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was good, decent selection of food and fresh. Staff was very friendly and courteous. One star loss for the lock not working in our room and not being fixed after our complaint.

The room I was given was in a very poor condition, not all equipment was working as expected, fx light, coffee machine . it was not possible to heat up the bathroom. the breakfast was limited and lacking food some days

The hotel is conveniently situated which was a big plus. It is currently undergoing renovation, which meant that our room had no safe. The room decor was modern but there were no drawers for storage. The staff were excellent in all areas and we had a pleasant dinner in the restaurant.

It was very clean and I felt safe. Within walking distance of fun stuff. Wish staff could’ve been more helpful (needed extra blanket, got it eventually) overall very lovely and very lovely staff!
