Really bad experience. They offered me room with a lower ceiling onside, and I hit my head twice while trying to fit my luggage. Dirty floors, no slippers, sink is too small.

We had the worst nightmare. We stayed from 30/5-2/6 then we checked out on 2/6 to Quebec and returned on 3/6. Obviously, the purpose of staying back at the same hotel was because we had a leave our luggage for a night. We did inform the staff and they were aware and no one told us we are not allowed to leave luggage’s overnight. So when we came back on 3/6 , the manager screamed over the phone and ask us to get out! I told him the staff did not tell us that we can’t. If we had known we won’t stay at the same hotel right? He could have inform us politely, anyway we already left the luggage so why the need to shout? Is that the way a manager treats the guests? Ridiculous. Actually we did had a pleasant stay. The staff at front desk was helpful, the food is great for breakfast, no complain. Nice decoration and quite clean but the manager really cannot make it.

The hotel provides excellent service and is very flexible in accommodating additional requests. The room was very clean and quiet, and the breakfast was plentiful. Although the location is not in the city center, in pleasant weather, it is easy to walk west to the downtown area. Walking northeast leads to a typical Quebec residential area with a French-speaking community and restaurants. It was an excellent stay. Thank you to the owner and staff! L'hôtel offre un excellent service et est très flexible pour répondre aux demandes supplémentaires. La chambre était très propre et calme, et le petit-déjeuner était copieux. Bien que l'emplacement ne soit pas en plein centre-ville, par beau temps, il est facile de marcher vers l'ouest pour rejoindre le centre-ville. En se dirigeant vers le nord-est, on découvre un quartier résidentiel typique du Québec avec une communauté francophone et des restaurants. Ce fut un séjour exceptionnel. Merci au propriétaire et au personnel !

Breakfast is simple, but good. It's a bit far from downtown, but 34 bus stop is near. Online check out is very convenient.

The lady is so sweet we asked for the early check-in, she understood our situation and she did more than her best to accommodate us. It's worth it. I refer my friends and family same location
