We always book with this Double Tree because of the location and heated car garage which is nice in the winter. The staff are so friendly and the warm complimentary cookies are a delicious bonus!

Great location and kind staffs. The room was big. It's better to bring your own shampoo and shower gel. It was also great that the breakfast was provided. There is a big supermarket nearby so it was easy to get something there.

Petit bijou sur Ontario! J’ai été épatée par la propreté, le confort et le calme qui y régnait. C’est un peu étrange de faire son check in et check out en ligne, mais je pense que ça doit réduire les coûts du personnel pour pouvoir investir ailleurs. 500 mètres de marche des Foufounes électriques et aucun problème pour revenir à pieds la nuit. Café gratuit dans le lobby est un plus, ainsi que la belle tourterelle qui nous faisait des bonjours.

The room looked just like the pictures, very close to Chinatown and in a great location. The carpet looked extremely dirty, and the room was cleaned only every two days, not daily, which was questionable. Parking was expensive, and the room didn't include any pots and pans. The wet bar was always available, which was a nice touch. However, the hotel was quite busy, so there were no safety concerns. The double bed was also quite large.

GOOD EXPERIENCE AND SERVICES. FACILITIES ARE A LITTLE OLD BUT ACCEPTABLE IF NOT TO FUSSY. FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AND HAD A GOOD VARIETY OF SELECTION.. QUIET LOCATION TO SLEEP WHEN TRUCK GARBAGE COLLECTION IS NOT ACCOMPLISH DEPENDING WHERE YOUR ROOM IS. IF ACCOMMODATION COST CAN BE LOWED FOR RETIREES IT WOULD HELP GREATLY. WITH THANKS.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The experience was mixed. The room itself looked quite old, with dirt on the walls, a broken curtain that couldn't be opened, and no door for the shower area. There were no basic amenities like a toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers. The walls seemed very thin; I could hear the neighboring room’s sneezes and even the sound of their toilet flushing as if it were in my own room. On the positive side, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the location is fantastic—just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. There's a cozy coffee and tea station by the lobby. The breakfast was decent, with both hot items and a continental selection. Overall, it’s reasonable for the price. With this room rate, we get what we pay for.

Las habitaciones son estupendas, tal y como se muestran en las fotos. La ubicación es buena, se puede ir andando a cualquier lugar. El desayuno un poco escaso.

In the center of Montreal, convenient location, public transportation facilities, subway station within 5 minutes, Chinatown, 10 minutes, St Catherine, 10 minutes, high walking index There are plenty of restaurants to go to old Montreal in about 15 minutes

We stayed for 4 nights and the location is perfect. It's in between two metro stations, both are about 6-7 mins walk (Champ de Mars, and Saint Laurent) depends which line you are in. We arrived by train and took the metro at Bonaventure (this is connected to the Central station: ”Gare Centrale”) and arrived at Champ de Mars. There is a supermarket 5 mins away (”IGA”) and the airport bus station is by the hotel. Chinatown is 7 mins away and make sure you visit Sammi dumplings. There is a food court (”Le Central”) 5 mins away although we found it slightly expensive. The Old Port of Montreal and Notre-Dame Basilica are about 15 mins away from the hotel. Facilities: As a number of people said, the rooms are quite basic and need a lot of uplift. Our room doesn't have any sofa (which was different from the pictures here) but functional so there is no complain. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans. We cooked our dinner twice. Staff and service: all staff are friendly and very helpful, gave advice on directions and always have a smile.

The location and staff of the hotel were great, but the facilities were very outdated. It was disappointing that when I looked out of the window, I could only see the wall, and as soon as I opened the door, the bed was right there, which was regrettable. Due to the fact that there are three hotels with the same name in downtown, it is important to double-check the address and make sure you find the correct one.
