Hotel Eden Palace au Lac Reviews

A price-worthy luxurious hotel. Near to bus stop and supermarket. Might even get a lake-facing room if you are lucky!

Located right by the lake with restaurants on site. Possible to walk from the train station. Breakfast buffet was good with some hot options and continental breakfast. However, the room doesn’t a kettle or a minibar but not really a big deal since you’ll receive 2 complimentary bottled of water. There’s no AC either which is not really unexpected around here.

Hotel is in a great location right on the lake. The restaurant and bar over look the lake and the sunsets are stunning. You can swim in the lake from the little pebble beach or just take a dip in the hotel pool. We'll be back.

The hotel has its own parking lot in front of the hotel. It is very close to the statue and lake.

The location is perfect and the hotel staff is just plain WOW! Almost everything about the hotel is perfect. You can say that the rooms are a bit dated and there's some issues with the shower and one of the sinks but those things were fixed in a few minutes from a call to the desk. I know there's not much parking at the hotel but we got by transport to the hotel, which was great. The view was amazing. Thank you to the hotel staff for making our stay pleasant, relaxing and amazing.

The hotel's proximity to Lake Geneva makes it perfect for scenic strolls along the shore. The hotel itself is clean and spacious, with generously sized rooms.

For breakfast can include more vegetarian options and change of menu, it was the same everyday. Overall beautiful location and very nice service.

The hotel is located right by Lake Geneva with a very nice view but it is quite a distance from the train station (around 15mins walk). Breakfast was great with plenty of variety.

It is only 5 minutes walk from the Christmas market and 10 minutes walk from the railway station, and the sauna is great

Spacious room with great lake view, very beautiful. Bathroom shower space is too narrow and crowded, it would be good if it can be modified.

Very rude and worse attitude staffs, hotel system is not updated and it caused us delay our train system .

Reception did not give us receipt after we make payment for city tax , the next day another staff request us to pay again, she mentioned system no record. Lack of communication between employees, and the attitude is not good
