I booked to stay here for next Christmas time 2025 on a no pay basis Booking , free cancellation policy , only to find out they’ve taken my full amount of money out of my bank 13 months before my stay. Im Currently fighting to get my money back which I cancelled 2 months ago , and they are terrible at responding to me and ignore my messages. DO NOT BOOK HERE !
