I have been to spas both in Australia and overseas and this spa was next level Hidden away in the Dandenongs the facility is 5 stars all the way. The Spa has been designed in such a way that each pool is separated in its own private enclosure. The effect of this is total privacy, giving you the impression that you are the only one there. I was in the Balinese pool and with the sounds of the bellbirds and forest surrounding me, it was as if I was the only person on the planet. The pool also came with a enormous day lounge and the hardest decision was where to spend my time. Ice cold water was also provided which was a perfect accompaniment to the warmth of the mineral pool. The standard toweling robe and slippers were provided as was a massage facility. However the massage facility like the pool was again next level. On entering the massage Centre you feel instantly transported to a secret palace in Asia, where tranquility is blended harmoniously with a level of opulence that I have not seen before in a spa. From there you are taken into a massage room which once again is the best I have seen. From the twinkling lights above, the soft lightening, the blue green mosaic tiles which surround you in a room whose walls are curved, the overall effect is one of serenity and calm. Once again you feel transported to another place as the design and décor gives the impression of floating in a calm ocean where all is at peace. The masseuse I had was obviously highly skilled as the relaxation massage was slightly firmer than usual with the end result being more effective than other massages I have had previously at other spas. Worries forgotten, stresses evaporated with a body now rested, I then was lead to a luxurious private enclave where green tea and sweets were provided. The perfect end to a perfect experience. All in all this spa is 5 stars all the way.
