Beautiful hotel with lovely apartments. The spa and pool is a real treat and kids loved it. Restaurant food is good but pricy. However, the main problem for me is that the bar next door has fire pits which are constantly smouldering from mid afternoon to late at night. This means that you can't open the windows or use the balcony to take in the fresh mountain air as you just get a mouthful of bonfire! This could be easily fixed by using the fire pits properly so that there is not constant smoke. As both places are owned by the same people, this should be easy to arrange. Overall, the hotel is really nice but it's a shame that the smoke issue would put me off staying there again or any of the hotels close by.

Fantastic residence in a perfect spot. Luxurious and spacious appartments with a very large balcony and superb views. The ladies from the reception give you a very warm welcome and are extremely helpful. Best skilockers ever. Definitely coming back to this pearl in the Alps. Grateful couple from the Netherlands…..

Our family of 4 had an excellent stay in the hotel during an Easter skiing week. Hotel room C1 was a spacious, well furnished and spotless 2 bedroom apartment with stunning sunny balcony views. Great mattresses, shower and wifi. Location is great, ＜100m across a quiet road from the main Eucherts lift. Well furnished and located Boot Room with heated lockers. We really enjoyed the pool complex - large pool never too busy, good temperate, separated "hot" area with really good steam room and jacuzzi. The half-board meals were a real highlight - a high quality and varied 3 course evening set menu, with great service too. Our 10 year old boy struggled with adult tastes, and the alternative child menu could be improved with a few more options for fussy eaters. Breakfast buffet had everything, and was always fresh and well presented.

Résidence de bon standing. Appartement spacieux en duplex de 115m2. Peut mieux faire sur la deco. Technicien au poil pour vous résoudre tous les petits pépins techniques, belle piscine, spa très sympa, mais…. VUE HORRIBLE sur les bus et cars qui laissent tourner leurs moteurs et rendent impossible les aérations de l’appartement. Pourtant appartement en dernier étage, mais côté montagne. L’enfer… Personne ne vous prévient de ce désagrément majeur lors de la réas, alors que de l’autre côté, la vue est somptueuse. NE PRENEZ SURTOUT PAS LA CHAMBRE A19. 6/8 pax Ils vous la facturent au même prix que celles avec vue sur la Tarentaise. Une aberration! Un vol manifeste!

Très bel établissement Petit déjeuner copieux Personnel fort sympathique. Le seul petit bémol qui justifie la note de 4/5 est le fait que l’espace Wellness est accessible aux enfants. Et nous n’avions pas vérifié que nous sommes durant les vacances scolaires des Anglais. Une véritable ruche dans la piscine et dans les espaces spa qui occasionne décrit et des hurlements intempestifs. Ce n’est pourtant pas la vocation d’un espace détente.

La résidence est luxueuse, confortable, avec magnifique vue sur la vallée (B10). A proximité des pistes et des commerces, du quartier des Eucherets. Nous avons grandement apprécié notre logement, le grand parking en sous-sol, le ménage réalisé en milieu de semaine, le splendide wellness (2 saunas, hammam, jacuzzi, bain d'eau froide, etc). Seul gros coup de gueule: le manque de clarté dans la communication. Nous avions 40% de réduction, sur internet, pour la location de skis. Nous avions reçu un mail indiquant qu'ils avaient leurs conditions, qu'ils pouvaient faire la réservation à notre place. Résultat, de moins bonnes conditions, 20%. Malgré notre réclamation, la note laissée par la réceptionniste à sa direction, aucune réaction, ni dédommagement, ni excuse. Également, nous souhaitions des massages. Lorsque nous avons souhaité réserver via la réception, nous avons appris que la masseuse avait un souci à la main, que nous devions nous même nous renseigner via des prestataires externes. Autant la résidence est à la hauteur, autant la gestion, la communication, est à revoir.

Très belle semaine dans la résidence. Le confort des appartements est irréprochable, fidèle à MGM. L’espace piscine est super, avec la terrasse et les bains de soleil. Une vue magnifique sur les montagnes de Tignes depuis notre balcon. Pour finir, le SPA ou ma femme c’est faite masser, une heure de plaisir, avec une masseuse très gentille et professionnelle.
