Make this comfy cottage your base camp as you explore all that Colorado has to offer! Owner is close by for any needs during your stay. We can help provide recommendations for local restaurants or attractions. House rules: No smoking or vaping of any substance(s) allowed on the property, this includes marijuana. No parties or large gatherings allowed on the property. No drug use or drug activity allowed on the property. No uninvited guests are allowed to the property without owner approval. No candles, incense, or open flames allowed. Any additional guests over 4 total requires prior approval by owner. Additional cost per person will be charged. Check out is at 10 am. Late check out may be subject to additional charges if not given prior approval. Pets require prior approval by owner and may incur additional charges. Guests do not have access to the back yard. If guests require more space than the front yard and patio area, the property is directly across the street from a spacious park.
