This was our fourth visit to Moofushi and we plan to be there again at the end of February 2026. We like the accommodation, especially the senior water villas - perhaps that’s because we’re seniors. The main restaurant is buffet service with a wide range of choices including wonderful grilled tuna and other fresh fish. There’s a small fully served speciality restaurant too. Swimming in the warm clear sea round the island is fun and a snorkel mask reveals a wide range of fish including non-dangerous reef sharks. The pool is small but good for cooling off. The bars are well-stocked. The trees and other vegetation is brilliantly maintained. My wife loved the spa. A key attraction is the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. On the negative side, it’s showing its age - everything feels lived in but we don’t mind that and the catamaran needs replacing but these are minor drawbacks and we’re looking forward to our next visit.

Wow… we were recommended this resort and it did not disappoint. From the second we landed at Male to the second we checked our bags on the return the excellent Constance staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Food is excellent, especially if you love fresh fish and the bar service was great too. An absolute paradise resort. No shoes for a week just soft sand and warm gin clear water. Excellent snorkelling. Wife loved the spa. This trip was for a special birthday. It made it so memorable that we will be coming back in 2027 for our 30th wedding anniversary.

It was truly remarkable how you remembered our preferences. These little details made us feel so personally cared for. The snorkeling and dolphin adventure were definitely a highlight—not just because of the beautiful marine life, but because the whole team was so fun and friendly. We didn't just have great service—we felt like we'd made real friends! What stood out most was how every single team member - from the housekeeping staff who kept our villa immaculate, to the chefs who delighted us with exquisite meals, and the front desk team who greeted us with genuine smiles daily. Your collective efforts made this more than just a holiday; it was a deeply cherished experience. We'll definitely recommend this place to everyone! Can all the 5 star reviews be true?… In our experience yes! Unbelievable! Are the photos photoshopped? No! It really is this beautiful! Is it full of Influencers? No, thank goodness. Are 2 restaurants enough? Yes, we were worried about this but needn’t have been the choice and live stations, quality of produce were fantastic. We actually preferred the buffet to Alizee a la carte. Everything piping hot! We stayed for 2 weeks in March in a water villa (108). 10/10 for everything! Accommodation, food, location, travel arrangements, but if you could give a higher rating it would be for the wonderful staff. I would like to give a special mention to these people who made our stay totally unforgettable: Ifham, our housekeeper, what a lovely guy who did a magnificent job twice a day and was so friendly and professional. Ranjith, bar person, we loved this guy, totally humble and charming and couldn’t be more helpful. Risham - restaurant manager, great guy, friendly, professional & organised. Ran a tight ship! Madou - sommelier, great knowledge, always positive and smiling. Hussain & Maneesha, chefs, so busy at all times but always so pleasant James & Binju, restaurant, constant great service, friendly conversation. Could not fault anyone or anything! Superb. Thank you everyone for making our stay so wonderful!

This was our first trip to The Maldives and was going to be a once in a lifetime to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. I watched so many You Tube videos and read so many reviews in order to pick the best island for us within our budget. We could not have picked any better. We have been blown away by our stay. Everything was just perfect. Food - is phenomenal. Even the buffet is up there with the best food we have tasted. The AI includes a visit to the Alizee restaurant which was amazing. Service - the staff just cannot do enough for you. We wanted for nothing. Too many to mention but a big shout out to Gopan and his team who work tirelessly to ensure you have the best time. Snorkelling- we have never snorkelled before so can’t compare but the house reef was easy to get to and we felt safe. We saw lots of beautiful coloured fish and sharks. Excursion - the dolphin cruise is included in the AI package. We were so lucky to see not only spinner dolphins but also pilot whales. We were a little bit worried about being bored but there was so much to do, ie water activities like paddle boarding, kayaking and also lots of games to play. There is also evening entertainment which was great fun. We are leaving an island which we thought was a once in a lifetime holiday knowing that we will have to come back one day and we’ve never wanted to visit the same place twice. Everything about this resort is perfect and amazing! We enjoyed every second of it and we are already planning when we can go back! We went there for our honeymoon and it was PERFECT! Shout outs for the staff that were super attentive and nice: - Anna and Deborah gave us the most amazing massage in the spa, I highly recommend getting one with them! Also the man that works at the entrance desk (sorry we didn’t catch the name) was super nice and helpful! - Dr. Ali helped me sorting out a cold sore I got during the holidays! He was really helpful and made sure that I had what I needed, being really attentive and dilligent. - Ricky and Hishan were very friendly and lovely to be with. Hishan went out of his way to show us where we could find bio plankton on the island and this was an unforgettable experience. He also went the extra mile on several other occasions, for example recommending the best place to see the sunrise, and we are so grateful for that. - Fede from the diving centre was lovely! Everyone was increible. The resort also had lots of excursions… , we saw sea turtles, manta rays, nurse sharks, reef sharks…. We highly recommend doing snorkling extravaganza, one of the most amazing experiences of our lifes! Also the bbq fishing dinner watching the sunset and then later on watching the stars was incredible. We ate the fish we caught immediately on the grill and we have never tasted something like it! Then the captain let us star watch on the roof of the boat and it was magical. We really cant speak highly enough of all the staff everyone was so pleasant. From Jack cleaning our room to BD and Jambe on the boat, everyone was so warm and friendly. We stayed 2 nights in the water villa and 4 in the beach villa and we recommend both places! The buffet and the food options are endless! Super tasty food! We recommend also having lunch at the Totem bar with a nice mango mocktail! Best we ever had!

Unpretentious and understated excellence in every aspect. The buffet at each meal had a wide selection of high quality food perfectly prepared. The waiters were very attentive and friendly quickly bringing drinks. The seating areas gave a selection of great views either directly on the sand by the ocean or on the decks. The room was spacious and well designed. The cleaning staff came twice a day, were friendly and took care of individual requests, in our case replacing some items in the fridge and providing extra coffee. Dress was casual throughout the resort. The Chinese New Year celebrations included a special selection of dishes as well as music and lights on the beach. If anywhere we have stayed deserves 6 stars Constance Moofushi does.

We just heading back from 12 days of holiday at the Constance Moofushi in the Maldives. The hotel,staff,amenities,food,beverage and last but not least the location are absolute top class. The hotel offers an all inclusive a lave holiday only and at first we were a bit hesitant as we wouldn’t normally choose this type of package. Although I must say, it turn out to be an excellent choice. The variety of food and beverage didn’t disappoint us with different theme every night. The hotel went through a renovation of the room and the new look is outstanding. As we were at the resort before we got an upgrade to a suite waterfront villa with a balcony and a lounge area. Fabulous. But what really made the experience outstanding has been the staff starting from the welcome team, moving to the waiters team, the fantastic service of the cleaning team, the excursion team and for last the coach at the gym JB. Being a gym fanatic I always choose a hotel with a decent gym facility as for me it is essential to stay on track with my training regime. The gym is well equipped and spacious with most of the machine and free weights you need. JB is a wonderful coach, helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. All in all I would recommend the resort and the island without hesitation. Fantastic place and most important great staff.
