I booked a room for 3 people, which cost $70 more than the 2-person option. I initially assumed this additional cost was for the extra bed, as the listing also mentioned that an extra bed requires an additional $70 charge.
However, upon check-in, I found that the higher price I paid was only for a king bed—the same setup as the 2-person booking—and no extra bed was provided. This makes it seem that it would have been more reasonable to book for 2 people and request the extra bed separately.
Could you please clarify why there was an additional charge for 3 people when no extra bed was provided? I would also like to know if I am eligible for a refund of the extra amount paid.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but it's very convenient if you're visiting Monash University's Clayton campus, as it's quite close. Dining and shopping options are excellent and convenient. You'll find various eateries, including Cantonese cuisine, Sangu Maocai, and noodle shops, plus a great value hypermarket, Wangwang Supermarket. IKEA is also nearby, and there's an antique market. It's a shame I'm leaving tomorrow and won't have time to explore it!

The service was wonderful the staff were very friendly. The only thing we noticed that wasn't completely satisfactory was the black mould in the bathroom sink.

Need to pay $25 for a underground parking otherwise take your own risk to park outside the hotel in the 1.5hrs parking zone. And even I paid in full, I still need to povide a credit card and got hold $100, refund will be in 4-5days after check out.
