Great hotel with attentive staff. The grandkids enjoyed the pool area with the slide. It was great fun.

Overall the stay was good. Great location, close to everything. The hot tub only worked 1 out of the 4 days we were there and the pool I felt needed to be warmer but my wife said it was on the last day on her morning swim. The hotel had minimal staff during our stay but I still got what I needed when I called so that was nice.
TIPS:
- Rooms need more (or larger) garbage bins.
- Rooms need a recycle bin.
- Hotel needs more garbage and recycle bins on each floor. Eg. at each elevator, near the ice/water machine, main floor entrance (inside and out).
- Hotel needs recycle bins on each floor.

We didn't know that there was kids baseball and hockey going on, it was packed! Thank goodness the rooms were very sound proof.
The pool area was too warm, the pool water was cold.
The parking lot was being redone so parking was not the greatest.

Fantastic Hotel!
Delta Hotel is an awesome hotel in Fargo. Nice clean rooms and lots of amenities. Great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Their Urban 52 restaurant and bar are excellent! We stay there every chance we get!!

i paid for the room 2 days advance, they never mentioned a fee at that time. 2 days later when i was checking into the room they last minute charged me $150 $75/night i was there for 2 nights. BREAKFAST IS A SEPARATE PURCHASE!!

Construction was going on at the hotel. The entrance was difficult to navigate with a lot of luggage. Parking was also difficult due to a dance conference. Staff was friendly and helpful. The main beds were comfortable. Room and hotel was very clean. Pull out couch was more like springs than a mattress. It needs more garbages in the larger rooms.
