Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moose Jaw

So clean! Spacious room! Great sleep! And a pool with a water slide. Can’t ask for more. Definitely somewhere I’d return to.

We booked this hotel for our trip to Moose Jaw for a swim meet and we were delighted by the experience. But for one issue with a noisy neighbour (teen basketball team) the first night we arrived, everything was perfect. And once we called the hotel staff about 10:45pm at night, the noise stopped so they took care of it the best they could. Everything is brand new. Our room had two kings and a pullout couch, was very spacious. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful with every interaction. The manager was actually onsite the entire weekend and when not working the front desk she was working in the breakfast area...we were very impressed with her commitment to making our stay great. She interacted with many of the swim families while we were there. We'll definitely be going back for the two swim meets per year that we attend in Moose Jaw. The day staff are fantastic. I had the pleasure of dealing with Darlene and I was not disappointed. The night front desk staff are hard to find. They stayed in the back. I would of liked to see them at the desk as added safety. The house keeping very friendly ( small talk ). Staff looked clean. The hallways , elevator , common area , breakfast area also clean. Our room was clean , AC worked but the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. Staff said she would let the staff know. The pool area was clean and plenty of towels etc. Check out was lovely. I would recommend this hotel.

This is the best holiday inn Express we have stayed at. Nearly new build, clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast, cheerful and helpful staff.
