Golden Harvest Motor Inn

I was travelling by myself from SA to QLD. I had a wonderful nights stay at the Golden Harvest Motel. Friendly staff, very clean room. Comfortable bed. Mini bar well stocked. Very quiet. Couldn’t fault anything. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed there on 26/1/24 for one night stay on our way south. The motel is obviously under new management. Couldn't understand the guy on the phone when I booked the room. Room was as expected. (we have stayed there before). Fluro light on bathroom was flicking, so pulled the starter out to stop it. Ceiling fan was disgustingly dirty. Looked at the credit card balance a few days later and found a separate charge of $3.00 as well as the room charge. Sent an email querying the $3.00 charge just out of principle. Judging from the guys response, he has no idea what the separate charge of $3.00 was for and to this point, no refund.. He also used the previous owner's email address with his response and made out it was from Alison. (the previous owner). This guy is clueless. Won't be back to this one again.......

Upon check in room not ready, was given alternative room, after booking confusion items removed from room without consultation, when accommodation rebooked and sorted not all items returned, when asked about missing items was told nothing else in room, Would not recommend staying Please note previous owners of motel were top notch people and nothing was too much trouble

Very friendly from the moment I made a call to book in. Needed parking space for a motorhome, very obliging. Our room was perfect and comfortable. Felt very safe and secure. Will be back when we go through Moree again. Thankyou so much for enjoyable stay

This motel is a real gem. The lovely staff went above and beyond to help us with parking our car and trailer. The room was very comfortable, spacious and very clean. Would recommend this motel to travellers looking for room. It is close to many options for food and coffees.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Unit was spacious and spotlessly clean . Very comfortable beds and nice quality linen many personal touches which was very welcomed after long drive .Parking space was a little tight . Looking forward to a return visit .

Absolute sterling service - very professional and friendly, and really looked after us to ensure we didn't miss our morning flight from the airport, can't thankyou enough! Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Reasonable sized room, clean, not enough cutlery and crockery for breakfast. Quiet location, helpful staff. Good TV streaming and free to air options. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants. A good option for a night on the road. Would stay there again.
