Staff should improve on being friendly and attentive to guests. Otherwise lobby is nice looking and room is ok.

I liked the location. It was very convenient just to walk to the city center, to all the museums and restaurants. Also, the hotel personnel were very helpful and courteous.
I did not like the breakfast that they served. I think if they going to offer breakfast, they should have a variety of choices not a fix menu because at the end the customer end it up paying for it.

We are 2 gest and no sharing enaf drinking water, the shower towels are very old.
The Hotel is Ok .. the Breakfast is a fraud $

The Hotel is good, but not in the service, they put a 250 ml bottle of water for 3 people and a bath soap also for 3 people, there was no hot water for 2 days, it is well located

It didn't smell bad or anything, but the printer didn't look clean.
The main problem was that there was no hot water in the shower, I called reception and they never answered, I had to get dressed and go down to talk about it, they told me that the boiler was failing and that they were going to turn it on, I should give them 10 minutes; but there was never hot water.

La habitación era sumamente pequeña y el drenaje del baño apestaba horrible. No había siquiera un ventilador para ahuyentar los zancudos. En el restaurante ni los buenos días te daban, llegaban automáticamente a darte el platillo que había sin dar oportunidad a que uno preguntara por opciones. El ruido era mucho, se escuchaban los demás huéspedes, el personal de limpieza gritando, etc…
