Hotel & Suites Galeria

The property was great is very clean. It’s an a great location. It was very pleasant. Stay at night. There is possibly a bar nearby, so it was quite loud and there was no hot water to shower with.

1st staff don't speak English, next the rooms are kept poorly and smell of mold and bacteria. I could not sleep .. the staff was lazy and would not tell the room above me to be quiet.m they continued letting the noise play at 1am above my head.. I asked multiple times and the staff just sat on his ass playing on his iPhone shrugging not giving a crap. I asked him to call the manager and he dialled some fake number. This place should be reported for hygiene and for noise. The manager should fire the staff member sitting on his ass not helping customers... There were other ppl complaining too. Shameful hotel. Warning stay away from here it's disgusting especially if you have a mild allergy.
