Fiesta Inn Morelia Altozano

The Hotel is inside a private “high end” mall/ shopping center. Had to pay for parking every time we would leave the property. The staff were not helpful or friendly. Only friendly staff were the cleaning maids. The location of the hotel is up on the hill away from the city, driving down hassle.

Nice place but I can’t give it 5 stars Everything was perfect except for the part that they charge $23 pesos every time you go out of the parking lot and on top of that they billed me $299 pesos for parking fees how ridiculous, they are squeezing their customers but I don’t know if that’s going to work for them, I really like the place but I will try to avoid them

Hotel was in a very nice location next to a shopping center with great food options. Very nice and clean. But front desk never informed that I had VIP access so I wasn't able to enjoy that perk.

I recently stayed at Fiesta Inn Amtozanoand while there were some drawbacks, the overall experience was positive. The room was impeccably clean, which is always a top priority for me. The housekeeping staff clearly takes great care in maintaining the rooms. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. As a VIP guest, I was supposed to receive a complimentary beverage, but unfortunately, it never arrived. The room was smaller than I anticipated, and the layout wasn’t ideal—having the bathroom door directly facing the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the soap dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work, which was inconvenient. I was also surprised to find that I was charged for parking, even though it was supposed to be complimentary. This felt like a bit of a letdown. Despite these issues, the cleanliness and the overall ambiance of the hotel were commendable. With a few adjustments, this could easily be a fantastic stay.
