The hotel is in a very good location, in the center of the ancient city of Morelia. The environment is very good, very Spanish style, and the service is also good. The hotel has a parking lot and it takes 5-6 minutes to walk there.

Very clean, excellent restaurant, great location in El Centro, friendly efficient staff. I've both lived in, and visited, Morelia. And I've dined at the Hotel ****** restaurant many many times over 22 years, but this was my first stay in the hotel. I'll definitely be back.

This is my second time in this hotel
The first time was so amazing
I had a balcony room, they had valley parking and the people were so friendly
My second time here we had to walk 4 blocks to park the vehicle, there was no more valley parking the persons at the check in were not so friendly and we had no option to get breakfast, only a la carta
The room was so loud and honestly it feel like a hotel of 2 stars

Everything was almost excellent, but next door was a nightclub and the music was too loud I had a hard time falling asleep. The front staff ignored me when I first got there, bad mood. Everything else was great, I don’t know about the food since I assumed my experience would be the same as the check in staff. So I opted to eat some where else.

The location is ideal. Unfortunately the thin walls and traffic made for a noisy stay.
It's located in a very central and popular area with restaurants, but it does stay noisy until very late/early morning (1am).

The hotel was very pretty and close to everything! I am only giving 4 stars not 5 because breakfast (which we paid for) didn't start until after we had to leave for the airport.

Our second time staying at this hotel. Upon our arrival there was a cleanliness issue in the room.To make it up they upgraded the room. No VIP benefits offered until we asked. The staff did everything to make up for the cleanliness issue. Thankyou. We’ll be back
