The hotel is close by Morioka station. Just a 10 minute walk away from station. Many restaurants and cafés in the neighbourhood. Hotel rooms are neat and tidy.

A great location situated perfectly between the centre and the station. Check in was quick and simple and the room was comfortable and practical. Would happily stay here again.

Best hotel during my Japan trip. Beds were big and room was comparatively spacious. Staff was nice and helpful. Just that it is a bit far from the JR station. 12 min walk or take a cab (it took us 700 yen) .

Staffs provide professional service.
We enjoyed clean room and quiet stay. Great location near the river.
Very comfortable access to Morioka train station.
We were happy that staffs allowed us to left luggages before and after check in and out.

There are blood stains on the quilt in the hotel room. This is the most disgusting place since I stayed in a Japanese hotel. The breakfast in the hotel is quite rich and the Wi-Fi is fast. However, the shower in the hotel is terrible. It is not comfortable to take a shower. The ventilation in the room is very poor. There is a little bit of musty smell. The sound insulation in the room is also very poor. It is about a 10-minute walk from Morioka High-Speed Railway Station!

The big bed in the room is not soft and makes it easy to sleep on. There are 2 types of memory pillows and down pillows to choose from in the room. The memory pillows have enough support for a good sleep. It takes about 5-15 minutes to walk to a supermarket near the city. There are 8 shops. Within the limit, eating and drinking are not a problem. There is Matsumoto Kiyoshi and Fukuda Bread opposite, which is an 8-minute walk. Parking is right next to Times 700/night and you can’t go out if you park. The other one has unlimited access but you have to leave. The only drawback is that there is no bath. DHC's bath products are very useful. I am very satisfied with this hotel. I recommend it.
