Hotel located directly on the sea, but rooms are spread over several buildings, some of which are accessed via slopes. Most rooms are directly on the sea. Rooms are spacious and the bathroom was OK. The breakfast room was large with an open terrace and a view of the sea. The breakfast selection was good and plentiful. I did not eat any other meals. Communication in English was almost impossible, with a few exceptions the staff only spoke French.

A leak from the air conditioner in the toilets for 3 days
After 5 nights, still no bulbs on the bedside lamp
The beach bar open from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.... was always closed during our stay
The end-of-stay bill overestimated by services not updated and no manager to respond to our requests
The location is magnificent but review the customer service because the high season has not started

Terrible decision to book this hotel, The hotel is old, rooms are the worst , mattress are terrible most of things don’t work properly, the curtais are short. The employees are rude, unprofessional and unhelpful, The restaurant is degraded, it has room service but only works when they want.

Nice place, direct access to a private beach. Laceted - as the name says - near an old tower. Spacy rooms with sea view. Good restaurant with friendly and helpfull staff. Negtive experience at check-in: No water in our assigned room, had to change to another one, rechange the next day ...

Nice suite with view to the sea. Excellent bed quality and air condition. Somehow worn-out environment generally, especially at swimming pool and hotel beach area. Quality of service ambivalent and depending on individual staff. Very poor english skills among the staff, thus, w/o French language difficult to communicate (like almost everywhere on French carib islands).

The buffet breakfast was very good, wide selection of food and drinks. Dinner needed phone translator since everything on menu was in French, but the food was superb! Staff was very helpful and surprised us by bringing luggage right to our room while we had drinks in the bar. The view from balcony was beautiful and room was very quiet.

The worst hotel in Guadeloupe. 4 stars it's a joke. You have better services and food in the deep south of USA or Asia and India Very old amenities no services with employes noose up making feel the customers like vulgar begger. The worst and cheating restaurant I have never seen. I was staying at the hotel and invited members of my family for lunch.We were 7 at the table including 1 infant of 6 years old Available only 1 menu at 38 euros,no infant menu,no French fries ,no typical Caribbean food. Starter quiche or salad tomatoes with concumber Main dish tuna steak or beef bourguignon Dessert cake or fruit salad it's not worth at all the price of 38 euros and total bill of 326 Euros . What is the point to serve this kind of food in a so called typical Caribbean hotel? Whatever the complaint nothing will change. Letting this hotel dying and keeping make it down, this is a definitely the hotel management decision and way. Wondering how the national French airline company still keeping this hotel as base for its crew and flight attendants flying from France to Pointe-à-Pitre. So my only advice RUN AWAY !!!!! Avoid this place were you are not welcome at all. This hotel give the worst image of the beautiful island of Guadeloupe.
