We spent one night in Sable Mountain Lodge in June 2019. The camp is located on the slopes of a hill in lushed forest. It’s a very peaceful and relaxing lodge. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The beds are comfortable. The lounge is very comfortable. Both lounge and restaurant have a beautiful view on the forest. During the dinner, we were very lucky as we heard and saw a mother galago in the tree close to the terrace of the restaurant, who was calling her baby. UNIQUE and UNFORGETTABLE experience!!! The food is excellent. The staff is friendly and professional.

Wow! What a view! A truly wonderful place to stay. Our room with outside bathroom was amazing. Its a very open room with just a curtain across, so no doors or windows. Mosquito nets over the bed so no worry of being bitten to death! Food was fantastic, the staff couldn't do enough for you and the game drives equally as good with fabulous knowledgeable guides. Highly recommend a stay here!

Absolutely amazing views which made the drive up here worth while. Staff were very attentive and the food was lovely. Be prepared to leave your electrical items in the bar area as there are no plugs in the rooms. The rooms are comfy and the view is fantastic. The safari was everything we could have wanted.

The camp had a lovely atmosphere and great views from the lodges, the lodges were basic, but had all you needed. The restaurant food was fantastic and all of the staff were lovely. The safari trips were well organised and I felt perfectly safe at all times. A great location with the wonderful Nyerere national park a short drive away from the camp. I saw all manner of wildlife and it was a fantastic experience. I booked through Lisa Hillyard of Travel Counsellors and the whole trip was well organised and enjoyable. Thanks to all involved.

Tour Lodge with the water hole with all the Elephants is superb! Also the effort spent for the Mother Africa Trust and the anti poaching activity. The area is great to do Game drives we saw a lot. Keith was a super host and we had a lot of fun. Kaylep our Guide showed a lot and we had a great time. We loved Oundine for planting all the new trees specially the effort for the Baobabs :-) Hope to come back!

A stunning lodge with amazing people. We stayed for three nights and it was fabulous. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The lodge was superb with gorgeous views. The food was delicious too. We saw plenty on the game drives with our excellent guide. They also have a pool which is great for cooling down after busy day. Don’t think twice about booking.

We have had the most magical stay here. We can’t thank you enough. The rooms are magnificent. The views are absolutely stunning and really took our breath away. The game drives have been fabulous and our guides were so knowledgeable. Above all else though the staff have been truly fabulous- nothing was too much trouble and we felt at home the whole time. We have made the most amazing memories. Our stay was truly magical and we are leaving a little piece of our hearts here in Tanzania. Thank you

Lovely rooms with the most amazing view, the staff were always very friendly and welcoming. The food was really good and they accommodated the gluten free person in our family really well as well as doing veggie options. I would definitely recommend staying here.
