Excellent value for money!!! The location is a five (25 minutes from Red Square, at a leisurely pace), the rooms are clean, cozy (the bathroom is a bit small, but not critical), the breakfasts are delicious, the staff is polite, for my husband's birthday they complimentarily presented a bottle of sparkling wine, very nice. Standard room with separate beds. The room is a cage. Dirty shabby carpet, gray, stained curtains, rusty plumbing, moldy cabin. Shabby cheap furniture and in the middle of this splendor two narrow beds. The price per night is close to the Radisson Blu and Marriott, but we wanted to look at other hotels in the center of the capital and came across this hostel. It is uncomfortable for a normal person to be in this hotel and in this room. We immediately decided not to stay here any longer and asked for a refund. The girls at the reception immediately met us halfway and agreed with our comments. They made a refund and we parted amicably. We went straight to another hotel. However, an hour later, manager Roman started calling and accusing us of stealing robes (which are not even provided for our room category). The impression was completely spoiled by his vile threats. This hotel's 4 stars were clearly bought. Decent hotels don't allow themselves to do this.
