This is our second visit to this hotel. This time we chose a business room with lounge access, although last time we stayed in a standard room with an atrium view. Unfortunately, the business room turned out to be less comfortable: it was smaller in size, and the bed was narrower than in the standard room.
The lounge, located on the 11th floor, is impressive in its design: a glass roof and a view of the runway create an unforgettable atmosphere. However, the selection of snacks and dinner turned out to be rather modest. I often stay at Hilton and DoubleTree by Hilton hotels, and perhaps only in this hotel was the lounge so basic in terms of service.
Another nuance that was a disappointment for me: when booking through Trip.com, Hilton loyalty program bonuses are not valid. This should be taken into account when choosing a booking method.

I sent a request to change the name in the booking, but it hung in the "pending" status for a very long time. I called all available numbers, but none of the services were available, because they work from 9 to 18. That is, my relatives found themselves in a hopeless situation, considering that my mother and I even have the same last name and this is not an airline ticket, but a hotel reservation. In the end, we paid for a new room, checked in, there was nowhere to go at night, and now the hotel refuses to return the money for the reservation for which people were not checked in. Moreover, when booking, I added another comment that a mother and daughter with first and last names were checking in.
