#negative #I was disappointed with the Mosquito Control Measures, Room Layout, Natural Light in the Room, Corridor Soundproofing, Nearby Restaurants, Value for Money; Very bad condition ! Bad recommendation, most worst hotel in my life ! Never book this hotel again !!!

I visited Moscow by myself. Due to the sanctions I could not send a deposit to the hotel, but they waited for my arrival, assisted me in the wifi password, explained to me everything with patience. They speak a wonderful English, even though I spoke (or at least I tried to) spoke Russian. The hotel is super clean, the room and the bathroom are very clean. Silent, comfortable. I had to visit the city, so to me this Inn was perferct. Breakfast rich and the position is very close to the Metro Station Smolenskaya. I suggest you this hotel. Thank to the staff and the manager. Hotel has really good location only five minutes from the metro and close to Arbat area. Housekeeping kept the daily cleanliness and were very responsive to requests , they really deserve appreciation. However, the hotel didn’t leave good impression and I wouldn’t recommend to stay there. There are so much better apart hotels in this area. In the hotel there was a mini fridge only in "comfort" type of room, there was neither shampoo nor toothbrush in the bathroom, no elevator in the hotel (4 floors), electric kettle had such scale, as if it had not been washed for many years, fortunately there was a cooler in the corridor with hot / cold water. The icing on the cake was a hotel manager Yuri who was on duty on the day of our departure, he was rude and unprofessional to me and my husband and had a poor knowledge in regards to the documents that we had to submit for check in in the hotel. Literally he started stressing us out about the documents that we were suppose to submit according to him and said that if he was on duty when we arrived he wouldn’t checked us in! After long discussion when we figured out that it was his mistake he didn’t even apologize and never said goodbye when we were leaving. And this person is a manager working in customer service..unbelievable! The worst hotel manager I’ve ever met. The girls at the reception also have to learn how to be more welcoming and polite.
