It is a simple motel, but the rooms are huge and the owner are so friendly!! The room is so comfy, and cozy, and our room had a little sink in the "kitchen" and a mini fridge, which helped us a lot with our breakfast stuff. Room was really clean. A great Motel, we will go back next year for the Memorial day again

Nice budget motel.
I stayed at this property. Maybe six or seven times. The management is very nice, and the location is quiet and convenient.
The setup of the rooms is a bit odd. They have a front and a back door, and the back door opens onto a courtyard. There's often something going on in the courtyard--kids from upstairs, people having conversations, etc. It usually dies down by the time I go to sleep.
The rooms could use some refurbishing, but I think that's why the price is so low. I've never felt unsafe there, and that's more than I can say for a lot of the budget motels I've stayed in.

Loved the courtyard hang out area. Staff was helpful and friendly. Even though the hotel was right off the freeway, it wasn’t too loud.

Good enough
Spent two nights in Moses Lake for a hockey tournament. The room isn’t luxurious but it was about what I expected for the price I paid.

Really old for a room that sleeps 6 we had no toilet paper or towels had to ask and seemed kind of inconvenience for man at front after coming back from a highschool event
