Old property, renovated rooms but feels low grade. Bed linens and towels are very thin... mattress is not comfortable feels like sleeping on a concrete slab.
Difficult communicating with front desk staff at check in as they speak only Portuguese and no even a basic of English or Spanish and makes no effort trying to understand.

Sempre agradável a experiência no Thermas, mas o que me traz aqui é o STAFF! Que equipe gentil, que tratamento delicado! De todos! Da recepção, do parque, do sushi (Onsen), camareiras, TODOS EXTREMAMENTE GENTIS! Parabéns, equipe! Quanto ao hotel, sempre ótimo, aguas termais relaxantes, quartos condizentes com o valor da diária, uma maravilha para relaxar!

Morei em Mossoró na década de noventa e o hotel era referência no segmento. A estrutura é enorme e o formato ainda impressiona mesmo depois de mais de quarenta anos da sua inauguração. A grande questão é que como o hotel passou alguns anos fechado antes que o novo grupo assumisse, a necessidade de manutenção é evidente em todos os aspectos.

Excelente hotel. Café da manhã muito bom, academia, piscina e atendimento excepcional, principalmente o pessoal da recepção, em especial a Senhorita Pollyana. Tenho certeza de que voltarei mais vezes para Mossoró e, claro, ficarei hospedado no Thermas.

O hotel tem uma estrutura bonita e boa, o jardim é muito bonito, tem uma área de piscina muito gostosa para relaxar. O quarto tem um bom espaço mas em geral está antigo e precisando de reforma. O café da manhã é bem diversificado. Possui um estacionamento amplo e seguro.

Os funcionário são ótimos, muito educados e atenciosos. As paisagens são muito bonitas! Os animais parecem todos bem cuidados! O café da manhã é delicioso e diversificado e o restaurante muito bom. O quarto é bem aconchegante, limpo e espaçoso.
