I am wrtting this review in english. We went to the restaurant for lunch today we had stayed at the hotel 18 years ago. Upon our arrival the hotest would not let us sit side by side at a table we assumed they needed to keep seat for other guests however it turned out there were no other guest. It rained on and off an we had to constantly move the table ourselves not to get rained on the serving staff prefered to shelter in the doorway instead of helping us. As for the food we ordered a crudité basket to start the vegetables were old and not fresh we asked thatbthey change them and what we got back was just as bad and we told them. At one point while bringing new utensils to the tqble the waiter did not bother to clean the table cloth to pick up the debry on it instead he just put them down over the crums etc. As for the rest of the meal it was vsry ordinary. When we got our bill we were surprised to see the charge for the crudités Overall the service was terrible and the food wasn't fresh. This hotel is opening a very gastronomical restaurant in less than a month with the same chef based on our lunch they have a longway to go. The chef could not be bothered to be in his kitchen or find out why a client returned his plate

A brand new hotel but a revival of the same hotel closed 2 years for renovation. Reception and staff were uniformly very friendly and polite. The room was beautiful, restaurant at lunch top quality, and the breakfast impeccable. We were the first Canadians to go since it opened a week before!

We dream to come back. 5 Stars for the breakfast. 5 Stars for ALL the kind staff. 5 stars for the room 5 stars for the Clarins Spa, absolutely amazing. 5 stars for your beautiful petanque balls. (They are on my Christmas list just to let you know how beautifully they are designed)... 5 stars for everything...... This hotel and Spa is beautifully designed and located perfectly in the middle of nature, close to the sea and everything that we love about the south. You really get to deconnect and relax. I could write something much longer but l think you get the idea of how happy we were to visit. Hope to see you soon. Emma Alex

Five days in this hotel were the highlight of our long vacation. We enjoyed all amenities in this tastefully renovated hotel, including the heated outdoor swimming pool late in October! Huge beautiful grounds, cosy room with nice complements, top quality restaurant and super helpful staff. In short: the hotel exceeded our expectations. Wish to return soon.

A long-time fan of Spa Mas Candille, I was amazed at the beautiful renovation that has been done by the new owners, the Clarins family. It is a breathtaking property with so much style and every amenity. My only advise would be to either lower the prices before and after the summer period for the locals, so that they can regularly come to the spa. Beautiful place and gracious hospitality!

We have just returned from a very enjoyable three night stay at Le Mas Candille, The hotel only re-opened after an extensive refurb on June 21 so there were a few teething issues but the rooms are excellent and the facilities superb. The new Clarins spa was very good. We look forward to a return trip.

Wonderful hotel with a beautiful garden and multiple pools to relax and enjoy! We were lucky to have the pool near the entrance often totally to ourselves. The room was cozy with a lovely terrass, nicely hidden. Only the restaurant was in our opinion overprized and after 2 tries not worth to visit. Therefore breakfast was great with lovely staff and a beautiful view.

Une parenthèse enchantée De passage dans la région pour un déplacement professionnel nous sommes restés mon épouse et moi, 3 jours dans cet hôtel … Quel enchantement ..!!! Le parc magnifique aux essences multiples.. La décoration des chambres et les détails qui ont été apportés et soignés, notamment dans la salle de bain. Le Spa a lui seul vaut le détour .. Que dire de l’accueil : Du voiturier en passant par le réceptionniste .. Une grande amabilité et un professionnalisme rare … La nourriture et le service proposé dans les deux restaurants étaient parfait .. Une grande qualité (le burger et la côte de veau une tuerie !!!) Le petit déjeuner est varié ( il propose même un shot de gingembre ) Rien à redire .. C’était simplement TOP !!!!!! Allez si peut-être une chose : une signalétique plus précise ( chambres, lobby, spa) pour éviter de se perdre dans le parc .. quoique il est tellement magnifique …!!
